You have too many reminders when a message is sent. And your initial credits needs to be 50-75 as a video cannot be viewed without 50 credits. Most photos of the ladies are not current. They are great photos, well staged and beautiful (but not real when you time phase age with age of lady in photo).

Your first clue that this site is less than legit is that all of the women are gorgeous. Please.
Only half of the conversations make any sense, as if the other person isn't really paying attention, another clue that they are *not* interested in you personally.
The kicker is, when you ask to have your profile deactivated, the chat help argues with you for 20 minutes, then gives you hoops to jump through, including signing a statement that you will not give them bad reviews, among other things. They know they're s--t, but don't want anyone else to know.
My advice is to report whatever card you used to buy credits as stolen, block they're email addresses, turn off notifications, and get as far away as you can.

The representatives of the customer service are rude and arbitrary. They are intolerant and for no reason, they can (and will!) block temporarily or permanently your account without any explanation, even if you comply with the rules, pay for your credits, and have no complaints from anyone!
In my experience, I see that many profiles are fake and when you think that you are talking with another member of the site, in reality, you are talking with an employee that pretends to be the person in the profile that you are looking at... BEWARE! And don't fall in their trap!
I think Rondevo is a great service, and the best thing about it is that you can use it for free. It has a large user base and the number of users who have helped me in my search for love is amazing. I've only been using Rondevo for a few days, but I'm already hooked. I've met some really lovely people on here, and I can't wait to see where this goes!
