I was interested and happy with this site in the beginning until I signed up and when I was no happy with the free subscription I phoned even email for them to cancel my subscription today I'm debited 649 in rands from this site which I never used and was not happy with from day one... when u call you will forever hold the phone as they will say no agents available at the moment please hold. How to I get my money back

I registered with them over a year ago and canceled immediately. They were not giving what they were actually offering. They continue to bill my card although i canceled with them. So i got my bank involved and canceled with my bank. Just the other day i noticed the site still taking money from my account. I called them and tried to resolve it. First suspicious thing i repeated my name and email several times and the didn't have an account for me. Then asked for my card number and guess what they found my card and told me it was canceled and can give me no further information. Now i work with credit cards everyday and i know Typically we ask for ex and csc to verify and/or process. My bank again has placed a claim for me on this matter... i learned a big lesson check reviews before i purchase.

In short, they charge you from day six after the free trail, if you don't remember to cancel your "membership" thats fair enough. But they also might charge you 24,95 after you have cancelled. I cancelled my membership after 3 days into the 5 day trail. And thought I was done... but no. I just found out that they have charged my account for months now after i cancelled. They wont answer my mails and when I got them on the phone my cancelation was registered. But they still "stole" money from my account.

So to summarise: DON´T EVER SIGN UP WITH ITSHD! They will steal, make it hard for you to reach them in hope that you will give up.

I stupidly subscribed to this site, and then actually canceled it the same day. I got an email confirmation say the account was canceled and just noticed on my bank account that they have been charging me for the last 13 months! This site is such a scam! And then I called the company and they refused to refund my money and said that I had to dispute the charges with the bank. WTF! They are crooks. They hung up on my while on the phone because the conversation got heated when I told them that that was unacceptable. MOTHER@##$#%#@!

This website is garbage. Your 5 day "Free" trial membership is not free and actually debited $39.95 on the 4th day of the "Free Trial". This is a huge scam and they also charge you to cancel your membership online. Yes you can do it over the phone, but you have to deal with rude people who try to talk you into staying with them for one more month for "Free". What a joke! I do not understand how the people who work there even sleep with themselves at night. Do not waste your time. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

It's a rip-off. I was looking for an obscure Italian film, they said it was available online on their website. You get the first month as a free trial, I signed up and suddenly the obscure movie didn't exist anymore. The free-trial is free but if you don't cancel, they will automatically start charging their premium rate and they charge you to cancel your subscription online... Except you can do it for free on the phone, but you have to ring the US, so it's far from free, it's a rip-off and they are liars, liars, liars, liars... Oh and of course you cannot contact them by email, funny that?!

I too was a sucker... after considerable enjoyment of Netflix, I turned to this site because they were promoting western movies which I enjoy. Trusting they were similar to Netflix, I gave them my credit card number to take advantage of the free trial... little did I know that I would be billed Cdn$42.47 and not even get to see a single film on their site. I am going to notify the RCMP of what I consider a scam ao that they can deal with it internationally.

This website is a complete an utter joke, I only ended up on it through an accidental click on a different website, then all of a sudden im getting emails from them 'thanking me for joining and they hope i enjoy my free trial'

Then I go to a cash machine and see that i have been charged for the subscription, i have no idea how they have gotten hold of my bank details. I have reported this website to the appropriate authorities aswell as the fraud team working with my bank. Fingers crossed they can sort the problem and stop this website STEALING money from innocent people.

Can't believe I got scammed too. I thought that only happened to old people. I just did this tonight, thought I was getting a "free" membership. Then get an email saying the $39 monthly charge. PANIC! I cancelled via the phone number in the e-mail, then called and actually got a person. I told her they are scam artists, nowhere does it say there is a charge when you sign up. I made her verify my membership was cancelled. Which it was, I then called my credit card company and reported this. They have kindly blocked my card and are mailing me a new one with different numbers... so I think I'm safe. And suggest you do the same with your credit cards to be sure you're not charged anymore.
