IRS is impossible to get a hold of they claim my husband who is a combat veteran owes $57,000 to the government and he only makes $80,000 a year! He fought for this country 6 years in contracted for years in Iraq and Afghan. This country did nothing but hurt our veterans and steal our people's money! And use it for things that our men would never have died for! Many suicide of veterans are caused by the IRS and I hope to God that they feel it in the end I don't want revenge but I know God will have his vengeance in the meantime they don't want to be stopped they will steal the people's money and there is no way to get ahold of them! If you get a person they're going to lie to you! If you get a refund they're going to take it! They are liars and they are thieves and they have no problem doing it! All I know is I'm thankful we still have a god that is bigger than the IRS
Why do they take so long to amend a return, I've been waiting since May and here it is October. I was told that it would be delayed until the week of October 3rd and here it is 2 weeks later. I haven't recieved a call or anything discussing this NEW delay. No way the IRS should be this unprofessional. I can't even get through to the calling system.
Dear IRS, your service is very bad and disappointing. I filed my taxes on February 17th to get my stimulus check deposited and sent on to right account and address. But, it's still been deposited and sent on to the wrong account and address. So, why you put the wrong info on your website? Because of you and your ignorance my family could not get the money and could become homeless due to non payment. We the people pay millions in taxes and you can't get it work but, you make a Covid excuse Everytime and your phone line doesn't even respond to phone calls anymore. So, tell me what we the people should do so, department like yours would do a great job and take care of us. You guys are bad that I don't even have good words for you! It's very very disappointing that people like me have to struggle because of you incompetence and ignorance. I pray to God every day so employees like you would go through the same things that we've been go ng through. Karma will get you, mark my words :(
Because of these dumbass idiots i wont be able to pay my rent this month so im now facing eviction. I mean is it that hard to check a tax return and send it to someones $#*!ing bank account!? Leave it up to these idiots to use the pandemic as an excuse to slack off and not do their jobs.
They are unprofessional they keep telling me that they cant give me any information on my own taxes. They need to be more professional and be able to tell you what is going one especially when it's three week after it was mailed off, it is my money they cant just tell me no and not tell me anything they need to learn to give people the money they are owed and not make people go through h*** to get it!
I made a payment with a check and it was recorded as an electronic payment and I was charged a bank service fee. I have been on hold with the IRS for 3 hours, when someone answers they "transfer" me to another person only to be hung up on. They recorded my payment incorrectly and charged me for their mistake!
You can never get a live agent. And when you finally get through, they pretend like they cannot hear you. This agency is pitiful, sad, awful, and has lazy and rude workers! Shameful! Pitiful!

It's funny we're expected to pay our taxes on time but when we file our taxes and they take our money out of our paychecks we have to wait for them to send our money that we worked for while they sit on their butts it must be nice to make money off the blood sweat and tears of the people in this country there should be a demand that they should be open 24/7 until the people's hard-working money is returned to them.It's been about a month or more since we did our taxes and still haven't gotten a returns.
They will lead you to their call center and no one will talk to you. At the time that I'm writing this, I have been on hold for OVER AN TWO HOURS! I have yet to speak to a person after answering all their automated questions and giving them all my information. They are truly no help and a waste of time. And they wonder why so many people don't file taxes.
I call to verify my taxes return,,, and IRS only have a machine to answer your question and nobody to answer your question. So I still waiting for my tax return since March 2020. They have the worst system on the hole country,, just because they have to pay you back.

14 weeks and still no refund. And they can't tell me what's going on with it. I called for 2 weeks at the 7 week mark and finally got threw to someone on the 9th week for them to tell me it's being processed and I can't get any further info till the 10 week mark. So 10 weeks come I call and finally at 12 weeks I talk to someone for them to tell me its being processed and there is nothing more they can tell me. Now I just call 5-10 times a day. I WANT ANSWERS NOW! The f*** are you being paid for. God damn c*** mongrel pieces of $#*!! Give me my f***ing money or help me god you will never get another damn penny from me. I work under the table and go out of my F***ing way to pay your a**es that $#*! is gonna stop now. I'll keep my money from now on. 14 weeks for a damn refund is some stupid $#*!.
