How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at IRS.gov?

You can't. They make it a point that if your owed a refund that you can't contact them. But if you owe them money it's not hard at all. CORRUPT

It might be quicker if you decided to walk all the way to Washington, DC and back.

NOT EASY AT ALL! BE PREPARED TO BE ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 3 HRS. THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU WHEN THEY TRANSFER SHAME ON YOU IRS!

Good luck getting through to the IRS, but if you owe them money you can get through to them. Shame on the IRS, Their worst than trying to get through to the unemployment office...
