“INCOMPETANT AND RUDE IS A COMPLIMENT FOR THE IRS!”

THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING. THE IRS ASKED ME EVERY QUESTION UNDER THE SUN TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY SO I CAN GET MY TAX PAYMENTS PROCESSED CORRECTLY AND NOT HANGING IN LIMBO IN THEIR ACCOUNT. ITS BEEN FOUR YEARS AND THEY STILL CAN'T GET THE JOB DONE NOT TO MENTION COMPLETELY RUDE! I LOATHE THE IRS AND THE US GOVT IN GENERAL. COMPLETE IMBICILES THEY HIRE. AND LAAAAAAAAAZY.
