Online purchases are fairly easy to do, however it would be nice if you provided my product information. The gloves I ordered were not as thick as I wanted, mainly because that information was not provided.

Shipping took several more days than expected

Shipping took several more days than expected. I could not track my package. I left 2 voice mails with customer service and dos not get a call back. Sent and email asking when I would get my order and go no response.

I received the wrong ones in the mail and left an e-mail and had a response right away from a very nice lady by the name of Karen. She was great and helped me out and made sure what I was getting was the correct one. Great product and great customer service highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the second order of E Z turn key for me. Due to mild arthritis in my hands it's the only way I can open locks in doors! The key has to be slipped into the plastic E Z turn completely and I do need help with that.

The ordering process was and delivery was prompt. My only regret is the cost of the item I ordered. 4 oz of rubbing alcohol was $10! This is price gouging at its finest. I would have appreciated a more reasonable price especially during the pandemic.

The website kept rejecting my information

The website kept rejecting my information. It's really a lousy shopping experience compared to other online sites. Get to work and fix the bugs!

When I finally got my order, i received 2 braces--not the one I ordered. Perhaps the repeat attempts I made to get my information approved caused the duplicate order. I will be returned the unneeded brace.

Just wish shipping wasn't so high. Socks were too small and thin. Could only return the 4 of 5 pairs because I opened 1 pair to try on my mother. Was told shipping and handling would be credited along with the unopened pkgs

I was in search for specific razors for work and stumbled across this page in the shopping section of google. I'm happy I did. The price of the razors were a little high (but not too high), but the shipping made up for it. Shipping cost was low and my package arrived very quickly. I will most definitely be buying from here again. If you're another Tattooer shopping for medical supplies, this is a great site to buy from!

Web site is easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. Delivery was quick considering I ordered in December and the greatest thing was the emails letting me know when my order was shipped and when I could expect delivery. Great business practices.

Wonderful site reccomended to me by my disabled family member who is also a longtime customer. My first order was a fantastic experience - constant email and text notifications for confirmation, transit, and delivery. Items arrived on time and packaged neatly and in fanstastic condition. I subsequently made another order the following week, but have yet to receive confirmation of shipment as of yet. Hopefully it will be a good experience like the first.

Learned of iRemedy by engine search for product I was searching for and they came in at the lowest price. Though I never heard of them before, I gave them a try. Descriptions were ok,but took awhile to find what I needed. Because this ended up not being the item I needed because the pill boxes were too small, the price it would cost to return them was about the same as what I paid for the item. What a waste. I will give them to goodwill or trash them!

Delivery was exceptional

Delivery was exceptional. It arrived quickly, well packaged and pretty much assembled. Previously I used a better, more expensive walker for indoors and outside. This walker will be used primarily indoors only. If I were going to use this walker all the time I would probably be unhappy. The left front wheel doesn't rotate side to side well and the strap used for folding is installed incorrectly. It is, however, only half the price of my previous walker. For the use I intend,considering the price, it will be adequate.

My order took much longer than I thought it should to deliver. It was because of holidays, but I was not informed of the possible delay nor was I sent tracking information. Either of those things would have made my experience much better.

I received the order, however it was not what I ordered online. When I called to see what happened I was told that the website had not been changed to reflect what was actually available in the warehouse. Needless to say I was very disappointed. This error caused undo stress in finding replacement parts for project in which the items were purchased.

Customer service was very helpful and courteous.

I appreciate this company. They are so professional. I wish I had the time to tell what happened, but when I say they are professional, believe it. The product I ordered is the best. I have tried so many other products and did not get the results I get from using this one. I will never try another product. I am here to stay!

I was entitled to a 10% discount according to an email received 4/14/15, but the order sheet would not take the discount. Was there an expiration date, because I did not see one?
I reread this email and discovered that I misread it...I didn't see the zero. So it was 10 and not 1.
