I liked the products, the price and what I ordered arrived promptly. What I don't like is that because I need to make a return, I not only have to pay to ship it back (which is perfectly acceptable and I'm prepared to do that), but I'm being charged a 20% 'restocking fee' on an item that was likely drop shipped from a supplier. And as of right now I can't even return the item because the supplier has to give permission to accept the return. Not your company, but the supplier you got it from. So, yeah. Not happy AT ALL, and will never order from you again.

The item didn't describe exactly what came with it. So it made it hard to know if I was buying the correct product. It did not come with a mask but with a mouth piece that you put into your mouth to use. I would have preferred to know exactly what came with the product as I wanted a full mask.

An idea for the description of the socks

An idea for the description of the socks - the ones that I bought say "sold individually." I assumed that meant they were not being sold as pairs. So I ordered an even amount. Maybe in the description, if that is truly the case, the description could instead read, "sold individually, not as pairs."

Sometimes can't find what I'm looking for by the box. Don't always need a case of things. It would have been nice if there was a note on the website for the item that needed a RX as I was trying to find a cream that was OTC.

Higher prices than where I regularly shop

Higher prices than where I regularly shop. Delivery was also longer than where I shop.I later found out I could've gotten the gloves but in a larger quantity from where I usually shop. Which I will order when I need more.

So far so good. Delivery will tell the rest of the story. Thank you. Ordered on thursday. Received on saturday, two days later. Everything about this order was exceptional and I will be ordering again for sure. Thank you again for your superb service. This was my first order with iremedy and it was very small as a trial of service and quality. Keep up the good work.

This is my first order with this company. The website works well. I have no idea if I'm going to receive my order in good condition and in a timely fashion. I have no idea if I will receive unsolicited drivel from this company... hence I am not likely come back or recommend them until I receive my order.
My follow-up rating is 4 stars, I'm a tough customer!
After I received my order I can now finish my rating: I received my order in good condition and in a timely fashion, as for the unsolicited drivel... we'll wait and see.

Found what I needed for cheap, cant wait till they arrive.
Shipping was almost the cost of the product. Ordered again when the shipping was free. Love the containers for geocaching. They are liquid tight!

I attempted to return items that I did not need. Karen gave me a return address via email assuring me that was all I needed. I took the package to be shipped and was told I needed a tracking label ad the item was not accepted. I felt deceived.

My problem is. The last time I was here. I earned 119 reward points, but I don't see the benefit in them if there is no place to redeem them.
I haven't received a reply to my comment. I can't give a good rating on services without the reply. If I received a reply, I don't remember it.

The company and website are wonderful

The company and website are wonderful.
My issue was with the quality of the products I ordered.
I admit that I was ordering new products to see if they were up to the absorbency I needed, however the 1 item was so unusable even for the tiniest newborn puppies and the other had glue issues so that I had to tear the product in order to open the pee pad fully.
So it was the products I chose to try that failed me not the company.

I never received an email letting me know that the item had been shipped or any tracking information. I felt like the shipping fee was too much considering the item was quite small and very light. The shipping was about three times as much as the item cost.

The handles for my walker were what I ordered but I think they should have come with a hex nut or something similar to secure the handle to the walker. Now I have to go to the hardware store to find something to secure it with.

First item customer, I've been looking for specific insoles for my work shoes. You had the item I was looking for and have great pricing, was worried that the item i ordered might not be the correct one. Product arrived today and is exactly what was ordered. I tried on a pair and they feel so good. Yes I am going to reorder from iRemedy again.
