You were quick to answer my question in your chat. The product arrived timely. The price was good. My only quibble is that it is not as sturdy as what it is replacing...but I guess that is commensurate with the price.
After placing order I got a progress icon for the rest of the day. My order didn't go through and I had to go back through the process the next day.
I contacted customer service a week after placing my order. The status was at "Processing." Customer service was very helpful and I received a call with an update on my order. Order was received 2 days later.

The boot arrived quickly. It was too small, however, so I returned it. I ordered the extra small. I take 6.5 in shoes. The small was too large -- extra small was too small, so I was not able to use one of these boots.

I initially received part of my shipment. It wasn't until I called that I found out that the rest of the order was coming in a second shipment. Other than that overall it was a good experience.
Had some trouble with checkout, finding shopping cart. Received order, pads were not what I thought I ordered. Washcloths expire in December so are old. Yes I received my order.
My order was delayed due to a lack in stock. I appreciated the immediate contact by the costumer service once I expressed my concern of not having my product yet. Even though it was two weeks until I received my order, I was thankful that the costumer service decided to address their poor service with a 10% discount on my next order.

Size small gloves arrived so small that I could not get my hand in. Reached out to Customer Service and was told They have had issues with the manufacturer. She told me that I would receive an RMA to return the gloves and a full refund. That was over a week ago and I still have received nothing.

But you never sent me an email to let me know you shipped the order. So I did not know how and when it was shipped to make sure I expect it. No tracking number. And you had said you would as soon as you ship.
Went on chat to find out if the bioskin thumb spica came in medium size for same price because I'd of ordered 1 of each but never received a reply. Then had trouble checking out. Received product that I ordered but are to big. Won't fit on my thumb correctly and makes it to long then to fit on the wrist correctly. Really needed a small/medium.
Gave this product a two because face masks did not have a production date. Not sure how long these have been on the shelves. So now I'm not so confident I made the right purchase. So purchase rating is a three. I would have given it a five if it wasn't for the face mask production date uncertainty.

Also, I had "extreme" difficulty removing the paper backing from the pads and had to resort to my razor blade utility knife to finally expose the adhesive. One might consider placing an extra instruction about this as I ruined 5 pads trying to detach the paper and only after a phone call to "DR. JILL's" did I persevere and use the razor blade. (PS what is MP in your state codes?)
I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer what i got was a gallon of hand soap. If this was a joke it was not funny. With the virus becoming more dangerous. This is a very bad way to treat the elderly.

Answer: Absolutely happened to me - I think all these other reviews are fake - from China or something... took my money - no tests - no tracking number - just kept closing out my cust servce requests without doing anything - and kept sending me survey requests that don't let you fill out a survey unless you confirm receipt first... its a scam
