Piece of cake. I just hope the crutches that i bought are identical to the pictures provided. Have to be careful, some crutches are cheap imitations and are junk. The crutches in the pic are not what I received. The handles were solid with screws in the ends. The crutches I received are hallow handles, no screws, dangerous
The price on my items was very competetive however I wish the shipping was more reasonable. I oredered 6 packages of 200 count each Gauze pads 3" x 3" each. $12.00 in shipping seems excessive considering the weight.
Will never order from you...I placed my order paid for it then I had to call to find out you weren't even sending it...The worst customer service...had I found out right away I wasn't going to be getting my order I could have gotton elsewhere but since I never found out in a timely manor everyone else was out of it...it was a disgrace
First time order failed because site did not save mailing/ billing address first time thru. Then when I got the order, it was not the correct product. Image did not match product received. Customer serice was prompt with the RMA and processing the refund.
Your website page took the credit card number but did not take the billing address number because it was a different billing address because it was my daughter's credit card I am very concerned about this period this should not have happened. You need to contact me so we can rectify this period I don't know how this order even went through

This order was my first one from iRemedySupply. I'm pleased with the product, pleased with the ordering process and pleased with the price for the product. (The price was very competitive,)
The order was shipped from Florida to my home in Utah. The order shipped on Friday, traveled on Saturday and Sunday yet stopped Sunday evening in Wyoming, less than 260 miles from my home. The package remained in a warehouse from Sunday until the following Thursday when I called FedEx and asked why the package was delayed. The FedEx Tech couldn't determine why there was a delay. However, the package was delivered the next day.
I will use iRemedySupply again and I recommend them based on my first purchase experience.

Your web site billing info boxes are too small. Too hard to see what info i entered. Make them LARGER. And they don't expand on my iPad Pro 12.9' tablet.

Had difficulty putting in one billing address and one shipping address.Had to do it 3 or 4 times before it saved correct addresses.Otherwise would have given you all 5's.

This site has MAJOR critical Javascript problems with current Safari browser on my late model Apple MacBook Pro resulting in spinning clock icons all over the checkout page. When it appeared the same might happen in my Firefox browser I tried to make contact through the online chat but received no reply. But at least I was still able to fill out the checkout fields once the clock icon went away and submit payment by credit card for order #*******.
