It was unclear how you wanted the expiration date of my card typed (July, 7,07). Usually there is a drop down menu. I had to input information twice to get it right. Otherwise it was easy.

Ease of finding the product I wanted. The provided screws are way too short. If you are placing the grab bar onto tile and backer board you need 2" screws, not 1".
