Only problem I had is trying to reorder. Nothing I did would simply put the reorder in the shopping cart. However this is OK as it was simple to find and order what I wanted.
Bait and switch! I ordered Nitrile Exam Gloves, Powder Free, Box of 100 - Size M - MEDICAL GRADE gloves. The website confirmed in stock and ready to ship. I was charged for the gloves I ordered. HOWEVER iRemedy shipped (late by the way) VM Glove International non-sterile gloves - Size M (which is more like a S and don't even FIT), and cannot be used for my type of care giving.
VERY VERY upset! These are needed for care giving to a LUNG TRANSPLANT patient. I cannot use these alternative gloves sent.
I think there is funny business going on with this company! I would not recommend. I am returning these gloves.
So far so good. Will give a better review after receiving the product. The ordering was easily accomplished. The product arrived in a timely manner and it is being used, successfully.
This is my first experience here. I'm hoping this is the correct cotton that I need. But it was nice to find your site, and some of the reviews I read seem to enjoy shopping here. I found what I needed I believe, it was basically easy, and problem free. I do kinda wish you had paypal here, so many use it, and it's where most keep their card info. So, when it puts too many things in my cart, (it added the 2 I had put in earlier, even though when I went to my cart when I came back, it said it was empty), so there was 5 and not 3 in my order, I removed the other 2, but when I went back, my card info had to be re-entered. Other than that though yes, I would recommend your site so far. I really hope this is what I'm looking for. I would have gotten 4-5 more rolls, (or a case), but I have to be sure this is what I need. Thanks Tim Rickard I received my order, and it is what I was looking for but for one thing, the cotton seems too...weak? Not sure the word I'm looking for, but it seems to fall apart a little easy. There may be other rolls that are constructed to hold together a little better. I have to re-bandage a wound I have, and if i have to re-adjust the section I used, I have trouble keeping it together. I'll have to look around to see if iremedy carry's something like that, but overall it's been great.
I ordered some 3" x 3" non-woven gauze sponges for use as a dressing for a wound I have on my foot. The price was fair and the shipping was fast and free. Thank you for having these available.
Easy website. Will NEVER order again,. I ordered BD lancets and got some junk brand. Payed for something I did not order. Not happy at all and do not know if I can return this junk.
Quick. Easy. Always lower prices. I bought the Inzo cream from some other place. It was $24.95 for 5 oz tube. At remedy it is only $12.95 for 5 oz tube. So was able to buy 2 of them.
Great prices. Horrible website/service. For over a week the order status said "Processing". I tried calling the phone number and it always goes to voicemail as if it is someone's house. There is no menu when you call. After emailing a few times, they only reply to placate you, and don't actually do anything about the complaint. 9 days after the order I got computer generated email that the oder had shipped. I checked the "tracking" status on the website many times a day for two days and always got the same error. When I called, shockingly it went to voicemail. I emailed and got a reply that the order was received the day before, which it wasn't. Then they sent me another email to say oops, we were wrong. Then I got another email saying it was delivered, even though the website said it was just shipped that same day and the tracking did not work. Great products, great prices, but it seems like a company run out of someone's home, bad website coding, no tracking, no one ever answers the phone, service emails that don't seem to know what is going on all for two products that were drop shipped directly from another company.
Was very happy with order, but there was a slight problem with shipping in that iRemedySupply said our shipping address did not exist, but after a couple of phone calls, order was shipped UPS and was received.
Always buy from you. Nobody else carries what I need. A little surprised that the price went up as much as it did, but nobody else carries the sheets.
For some reason my order had the wrong address and was delayed because of it. It was rectified and I received it. It was probably typed in incorrectly by data entry.
I was very pleased with my experience with iremedy. It is very difficult to find any medical supplies these days and iremedy solved that problem for me.
Fast shipment but the shipping fee was pricey. The swab sticks were not usable since they were not sterile, not individually packed. Other than that, service was fine.
