I have not been able to find my specific product anywhere including my pharmacy but IRemedy has it. Great service, fast shipping & very discreet.
The only criticism is I had to look up the items online for complete details.
The availability of products and the quick delivery is awesome...but one item is questionable...a bottle of Tylenol I ordered expires Oct. 2020 instead of 1-3 yrs from now.I don't want stock items that are about to expire. Thank you
You were not "on backorder" and we will be back. Everything was easy to find and prices were competitive, the service and speed are extras. Purchase ordering or just stuffing a bag, either is very convenient and uncomplicated.

Amazon has taken things I order more than one time and made under their "PRIME" service meaning that it costs less but I have to pay $175 per year for Prime. So I looked for another source and found you.

The reviews are fake - they take your money and don't send the product. I ordered on Dec 27th - they sent confirmation next day(see photo below) - but then failed to send tracking number - now weeks later they close out any service ticket without resolving anything (see photo). Complete scam. They send a review link - but in review link it auto confirms you received the order - so you can't complain because they would take that as proof you received an order you did not - stay away - I know we are all desperate for tests - these guys are taking advantage
When I first started buying from Iremedy, it was for surgical masks and gowns. All of these products were shipped from a partner of IRemedy- that partner being Medline. Unfortunately IRemedy has for some reason stopped doing business with Medline. Products shipped by Medline have been completely deleted from the IRemedy website, which also wiped out a large portion of the most popular medical products I used to be able to buy. Medline is a big company who makes a lot of medical products. Please bring products that are Shipped by Medline back!
I placed an order online on January 26th 2020. The company cancelled my order due to lack of adequate inventory on January 31,2020. By the time iRemedySupply let me know they were cancelling my order due to insufficient stick, other merchants ran out of stock. So iRemedySupply has left me in a lurch with no substantive apology.
A competent, capable and ethical on line merchant would have a basic system feature to not show a product as available and allow an order to be completed if the supply is inadequate. I would have been able to purchase the product from my local Target and other online merchants this past weekend. At this point, five days after I placed this order with your company, the product is no longer available due to demand. You have removed any doubt of your competence, capability and integrity as an online merchant.
Put in an order on March 6 got a confirmation email about the order When I tried to track the order from the confirmation number om the website it kept saying it did not exist yet I was charged $86 on my credit card No one ever answered the phone it goes right into a voicemail there is no other numbers to contact online and even the online chat was not in working order I think this is a company that merely is trying to scam people out of their money... Run!
Prices and shipping appeared great but Shipping is an issue. My order was cancelled because they do not ship to our area even though we are part of the US, we are not contiguous. The US Post Office ships everywhere but not iRemedy!
My items were disappearing from the cart during the shopping process. Definitely didn't like that since I'd like a few minutes to think which product/brand would work better for me and my business...but maybe that's just me. That being said I will order again b/c of a great price, big selection, very fast shipping and really attentive customer service.
I ordered twice the first time was awesome. However the second time was horrible. I received a message twice saying that it had been shipped However after receiving only a partial delivery I contacted iremedysupply.com six times and after a week someone finally called me. I was then informed that they could not get my order in until December at the earliest. Luckily a man named Marcus helped me by calling a warehouse and found the remainder of my order. Hopefully I will receive them soon.
My screen kept freezing and I did not have a good way to search your site for the product I needed. That being said you did offer the lowest price and free shipping so I will likely continue shopping here.
Delivery was fast and accurate. But here is NO info on site about how many items are in each order. I ordered 2, but I don't know if I am getting 2 individual items or 2 packages of 20 each? If not for that issue, would rate even more stars.
I think iRemedy provides us reasonable prices (so far the lowest)which is the main reason I keep ordering. And with ongoing discounts. However, I hope there will be more items like foam dressing which I could not find. This explains that I regard iRemedy already a whole sale price provider for individual customer like us in the medical supply market.
I have not received my merchandise yet, although I was billed on July 2. I realized the mail is slow, but I've received no notice from i Remedy as to the status of my merchandise. I would give a better rating if it had not been so long and I at least knew what the status is. If and when I ever receive my merchandise, please give me another chance to review. The price was reasonable.
I'm very pleased with my shopping experience on iRemedy Supply, your prices are very superb and I'll be returning for further orders in the near future. If I could just make a suggestion on providing the customer with other shipping prices options, that'll go a long way.
