So far a great experience! Shipped my consolidated mail promptly by priority mail. Great communication whenever I have had a question.
App is easy to use and understand, never had to update due to "fix problem"
Staff on "cutting edge" facility are super friendly and helpful.
Hard to find a service that works, has good hospitality and is fair in price.
I use them in the past and it was easy, the only thing I wish is that I could see both my addresses on the same portal, but besides that I am happy.
I havent had any problems with this at all, didn't realize that there were extra charges for a few things. But that ok!

Gotta admit I was a little nervous at 1st to have an expensive package delivered to the mail forwarding site but after seeing how smooth the process is I now feel confident that the next time I need the same services that ipostal will come thru
Overall good, but my location doesn't always open on time at 9:00am. Had to wait for 15 minutes on one occasion.

Everything on time. Once you have everything enabled, you can manage your account absolutely 100% online and by yourself.
Very good experience. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a business physical address.
My business is not really started yet... but I successfully stopped by my local Staples store (iPostal outlet) and picked up two pieces of mail.
