Like that receive emails when post comes in so that I don't have to incur expenses to have someone constantly check if anything came in especially with the seldom snail mail.

Lindsey Smith at staples is a huge help. Give her a raise. It's a different Lindsey Smith I met her our first week in Tampa while setting up my ipostal.
My experience is good. It's just taking a long time for my form to be processed in order to receive packages.

Thanks for your review. Our notarization process usually takes 1-2 days for approval. If you had submitted the documents the day after purchase, they should have been reviewed the next day or the day after. We are not sure what went wrong.

As a new customer, it provides me with the necessary flexibility offered.
This is my first time using a corporate address for mail and it's real. Associates/Customers can drop off items if required. IPostal will notify you and the rest is top notch service.
No line when I go into the center and very attentive.
I read so many bad reviews about the company but I have yet to experience any of those issues

It's a bit hard to navigate! But once you figure it out, its pretty good. Have finally learned how to 'throw things away' without paying to have them sent. And still haven't sent a package of my mail to me at my location. But the support is great and if I appreciated they extended my 30 day pickup time a few days until i got back into town. Have already recommended this to others!
Overall iPostal1 is fantastic! I'm a long haul truck driver, and this has been a godsend for me. I have one address in a small town, Prescott, AZ. Works absolutely perfect! I did have another for my business down in Scottsdale, AZ. Between the post office returning most of my mail and the attitude of the Staples employees, it was bad. I closed that one and reopened at a different Scottsdale location… back to flawless and happy! Highly recommend.
