I found myself needing to live out of a hotel for several months. Package delivery could not be guaranteed secured - packages like Amazon were placed in lobby for pickup by guests. This service worked perfect and provided secure handling of items shipped to me.

I had automatic payments coming out for several months for this virtual service only to find out I am being charged, but yet the account is not properly setup although I did everything I was asked to do. Then I discover I wasn't even being informed I had mail.

Thanks for your review. The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs.
This is necessary for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if they are in order.
If you did file forms, they should have been approved so your mail could be received, or you should have been notified about what is missing or incorrect. Our records show that we did not receive your 1583 form and IDs, which means the mail center is not allowed to handle your mail. Hence, not being notified of mail.
Your account has been inactive since January of this year, with the last payment in December of 2020. One of our Customer Service representatives will reach out to you to see how we can assist you.

It's hard to compress the many problems I encountered with this firm. It took more than an hour with a tech to sign up, the view of mail received is so tiny it's nearly impractical to use, the scanning costs are ridiculously high, they require a complicated process to find out how much they will charge you for shipping, their 2-day shipment took 5 days to reach me, they took 11 days to respond to a ticket request for an invoice, if you consolidate and ship then close the account you will find they won't ship your mail (despite the fact that their site says to follow this process). If you want the last of your mail you must re-open the account, be charged another month, then wait for them to ship your mail (which may take several weeks) then you can re-close the account. For traveling seniors or RVers, this is so stressful and not at all worth the money. Pay slightly more and if a firm doesn't respond to your inquiries within 15 minutes, go elsewhere. Poorest service I've ever encountered and I'll never use them again
I expected to be able to go into a business where they have designated mail boxes where I could go and personally get my mail from a secured box or something. Your mail just gets left with the workers there. I don't want my mail given to strangers therefore, I canceled.
Ive used this service for several years and within the past year moved my box to this location. I dont get much mail to my box and when I do I have always picked it up. As it would happen, I received a very important package and was out of town. Nicole was right on it for me! Within a week I received my package (delay was the postal service because she shipped it same day we spoke). Great Customer Service!
I can't remember the guy that helped me but he was very kind and patient. My experience with the mailroom was pretty easy. So far things are great, it just sucks that you have today on every mail pick-up.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
