Went to pick up my mail, and the person at the front desk gave me an attitude. Took forever to give me my stuff. Even had the nerve to ID me even though I go there on a regular basis. That's the only reason I give 4 stars. Otherwise I love this service and knowing my mail is safe and secure.
Convenience and efficiency are necessary factors for me as a business owner. The bonus is having Charu at my location. She is customer oriented and offers great service each time I visit. These are the reasons I continue to use the service.
Great service at a great price. Only downside, if I'm nitpicking, is that the website feels a tad dated.

Very easy to set up without leaving the house, easy to see what mail I've received. I wish they would scan mail from the government, though; had to have that sent to my house, when it was just a change of address acknowledgement.

It was fast and simple, my accountant recommended the site and it worked perfectly
I'm an expat who signed up for iPostal1 specifically to forward packages. I put USPS 10-14 days shipping as my preferred international shipping option. Then I had Amazon send a tiny test item. It weighs 2.4 ounces, and measures maybe 3"x2"x0.5". (It's a lav microphone attachment for a smartphone.) The USPS first-class international shipping rate for it is $16.60. IPostal1 showed me shipping rates starting at $116 online and over $200 on their app.
I tried talking to them using their online chat and was ignored. I tried talking with them using their email support and was basically told (after being ignored for days), yes, I guess our shipping rates could be lower, but we're going to completely ignore what rates we promised you. I tried contacting them on Twitter and they blocked me, so I ended up connecting with other people complaining about how *******@iPostal1 is on Twitter. I tried contacting them on Facebook, and again I was ignored. It's been weeks, and nothing.

I started with Google and now I'm copying and pasting this on every review site I can, because I hate being ripped off and I hate seeing other people get ripped off.
Friendly and outgoing staff! They are very courteous and provide services that are specific to today's lifestyle! Prices for services they offer are beyond reasonable along with add on services to make your life simple and quick! No more driving to the post office standing in that dreaded line just to find out you find out the wind forth and have to go find it, full it out & get back in line! You don't even have to leave the comforts of your own home to see your mail, login, click on mail you would like to choose & have it scanned & be able to view within minutes!
Ipostal 1 sent me an email stating that I have a package in storage for last month and I will be charged storage fee after 30 day. 1. I never received notification on this, 2. I went to Stale to pick up, there is no package in storage for me. I sent an email to Ipostal, never answered but charged me for the storage of a non-existing package.

The system and the process is smooth. At Ipostal location where I pock up my mail the folks there are friendly and knowledgeable.
Always delivered on time. Shipments forwarded to Costa Rica are excellent. Always kept informed of delivery.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
