Ipostal is a good avenue for my business phone and address. It takes the need to have a physical location away, while providing my company with a location to receive mail and phone calls.
Just became a member and I wanted to forward my mail from the united states postal office and I cant add the unit number to the address it says this address dont need a unit number cause its a staples and they know. Anyways will keep it to see how it goes and will change the address personally not using the usps change of address option

So far it is good. Most of my correspondence is paperless, so I really don't have that much mail.
Website UI/UX is straightforward. Customer service staff have been very friendly, professional, and communicative.
I have no issues with receiving my mail. I get alerted in a timely manner when items arrive for me.
I called the company to ask a few questions, but the staff (Sarah) was rude and extremely impatient. It's sad to speak with a staff like that when they suppose to help us (new customers) to learn and understand how their service works.

Staff is friendly and efficient. They know me and get my mail right away.
A bit challenging getting required documents notarized as the notary and I did not fully understand what was needed. Other than that everything else is going swimmingly. I am receiving emails about each physical mail I am receiving. Thank you!
It gets me into the Staples stores more and buying while I am there.

My account is about a 2-montha old, but so far I've received a couple of business letters and a customer check. New mail notification is timely and I would rate my account page as good in terms of navigation. The monthly fee is reasonable, compared to my former UPS corporate box (which I could use for letters and packages). The trick in avoiding extra charges is to not advertise the box address and number online and only use it on envelope labels.
Charged multiple times, could never receive package due to "blurry ID photos", despite sending new ones weeks prior. Cancelled account to avoid another month of paying for nothing. Who knows where my mail is.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. Blurry IDs are not viable for verifying identity. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged. Many customers use our addresses this way. Any mail that was sent to this address prior to having your account approved, would be returned to sender.

I received time I like receiving the timely notifications and the fact that I can view the mail that I need to pick up too.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
