Thanks for your review.

We don’t charge any fee for notarizing your forms. If you prefer to use the online notary, which is provided as a convenience, they do charge $25. Notarization is required by the USPS to verify the identity of anyone who opens a mailbox, digital or otherwise. Many people have access to a free notary at a bank or accountant’s office.

Our service standards call for tasks being completed by the end of the day if submitted by 1:00 PM, or otherwise within 24 hours. According to our records, your shipping requests were completed within 1 day.

It sounds like the root cause in this case is with the USPS, not the mail center. We recommend reaching out to USPS directly.

My experience so far has been terrible, I wish you guys would done a lot better when it comes to reach you guys out over the phone, I've been reaching out, all I have been getting, be on HOLD FOR EVER,I've been charged 3 payment already, and I still haven't get to my mails yet.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry for the trouble getting through to our Customer Service team.

We are adding Customer Service representatives as quickly as we can but increasing demand for our digital mailbox service has created an unusually high volume of calls. Our response time will get better. We recommend emailing us at service@iPostal1.com or using the live chat for fastest service.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way.

According to our records, your documentation has not yet been submitted. One of our representatives will contact you to assist you.

I've only picked up mail once

I've only picked up mail once. I scheduled a time to pick up my mail, ehich was available and not blocked off, but when I arrived, no one was there and a sign on the door said at lunch. I called the number listed and the guy said he was in his way back. He arrived 10-15 minutes later and explained he had been super busy and was not able to take a lunch earlier. He was nice and I understand things happen sometimes so hopefully this is not a regular thing.
