Information of the letters received is transmitted in a timely fashion about the letters the company receives and the follow-up actions have been executed as requested. Also the portal is user-friendly.
Brian is always available when I need access and he is very friendly.
I'm mostly happy about the shipping center I chose to have my mailbox in. They are the friendliest people compared to the other post offices.
It took over a week to get my mail item forwarded to me. We are about 30 miles away from the site of the mailing address.

It sounds like the root cause in this case is with the USPS, not the mail center. We recommend reaching out to USPS directly.

My mail pickups are fast and thorough. Staff is friendly (at Staples)

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way.

I've only picked up mail once. I scheduled a time to pick up my mail, ehich was available and not blocked off, but when I arrived, no one was there and a sign on the door said at lunch. I called the number listed and the guy said he was in his way back. He arrived 10-15 minutes later and explained he had been super busy and was not able to take a lunch earlier. He was nice and I understand things happen sometimes so hopefully this is not a regular thing.
Great they exceeded all my expeditions for sure I recommend them to anyone

Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.

We don’t charge any fee for notarizing your forms. If you prefer to use the online notary, which is provided as a convenience, they do charge $25. Notarization is required by the USPS to verify the identity of anyone who opens a mailbox, digital or otherwise. Many people have access to a free notary at a bank or accountant’s office.
