Great service. Great price. I wish all mail was processed like this - it makes it easier and safer than dealing with mail delivered by the USPS.

It's a good service and the price is fair. I live outside the country and it makes my US correspondence very easy.

I haven't got mail here yet but I'm happy with it. I will be getting shipment soon so I will see if it's really something I like.

So far all has been as advertised and expected. Thank you!

We use another virtual mail service as well, and compared to that one, iPostal is slower and more expensive.

*It takes at least a full day for my mail to be consolidated after it has been received, and nothing happens on the weekends.
*Mailing things to me takes at least one day past my request.
*A few times, they sent mail USPS instead of UPS which caused problems on my end, and my mail was not delivered but returned to sender, so I had to pay twice to have it shipped to me as well as all the extra time it took for the USPS to return the package.
*The cost is more since you have to pay to pick up mail, and the costs for the various mail carriers to deliver is also more than our other service.

IPostal is great in so many ways. You receive emails when you have new mail. You can see images of the mail in the app. You can even schedule a pick up for the mail you want. You can trash it within the app, if it's junk mail or shred it (for a fee) if it contains sensitive information. My only complaint is the fee when you pick up mail. It's only $1, but after paying the monthly fee, I think it should be no cost at all.
