I love the concept of ipostal, but whenever I pick up my packages, staples always has trouble finding the package and once forgot to mark that i picked up a package which resulted in me being charged a late pick up fee even though I did pick up the package. I did however, receive a refund. I wish there were more places in my city that offered Ipostal.
Reliable. Helpful support. The support team followed up after the issue was solved. Just to check in and see if all was good. Great service!

Portal is easy to use. IPostal1 experience has been meeting my expectations and I'd recommend it. I wish the pick-up of physical mail process was easier, like expanded hours or a 24/7 self-service option after you make a pick-up appointment ahead of time. It's been difficult to get to the mail office during work hours (M - F 9 am - 5 pm).

We work closely with our mail center partners to ensure that our standards of service and quality are maintained, and will, of course, follow up with your mail center.
The best way to avoid any storage charges is to use the Schedule a Pickup feature on your app or online mail manager. This way your pickup is in the system and will be marked as delivered when you pick it up. The other advantage to scheduling a pickup, is that the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.
