Ipostal service is a friendly postal service that helps you with anything you need to make your business easier. I definitely recommend it if you are a small business just starting off, the price is right and communication with the app is perfect for me.

The service is great overall. I can see what mail is in the box and it is easy enough to have shipped. It is just the cost is a bit on an issue. To have 2 postal type envelopes forwarded is about twenty two dollars. It is a little steep, even considering the cost of handling.

After two weeks, so far completely accurate and helpful mail handling and assistance. Could not be more satisfied.
It took longer than expected to get my paperwork approved, more than a week. However once I called the local provider it was approved immediately and straightened out!

Excellent service when I picked up my mail. I love the convenience and options available for my mail needs.
I was looking for a po box address need for business because I have a home office best way to go.
It took a long time to get approved so I had to go in and ask about it, other than that no complaints

I wish the prices for tasks would have been explained better. I didn't know I would have to pay $1 per letter pick up. I haven't shredded yet but I'm sure I'll get charged for that too. It makes me weary of having a package shipped to my business address.
Also it would be more convenient to have a locker with key because the last time I picked up I had to wait 5-10 minutes at the counter behind a guy who was checking shipping prices and not being decisive.

Pricing for all ‘Optional Services’ is posted on the Pricing pages on our website.
Our goal is total transparency. Our strategy is to charge the lowest monthly mailbox fee possible and then charge customers only for the optional services they choose, like shipping, scanning mail content or mail pickup. We believe this is the fairest way to price, so people who don’t need optional services do not subsidize the people that do.
When picking up packages, there is a pickup fee for each package. The pickup fee for letters is for any number of letters. Be sure to take advantage of our shred/content scan bundles to save money.
If you are not already, we advise that you use the 'Schedule a Pickup’ feature when you want to pick up mail, whether with the app or from your computer. By doing this in advance, the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.

So far ok. I wish it takes less time to have my mail scanned and having to schedule the appt. 48 hrs is a bit long to wait to pick up my mail

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription.
