I have not had many experiences with iPostal 1 just yet. I would recommend it if you are searching for an address out side of our personal address. Only thing, I would hope in the near future, they would provide more address in Illinois for the Northern suburbs like St. Charles, South Elgin and Geneva.

It Have been good, easy and fast. One thing what disturbs is that i pay monthly subription and have to pay extra for every letter a dollar when i pick it up.

Since it does take time and labor to process a pickup task, there is a nominal charge at most mail address locations. All fees for the optional services provided are listed on the Pricing page on our website. Details on pickup fees are available by each address listing. When picking up packages, there is a pickup fee for each package. The pickup fee for letters is for any number of letters.

Ricky has been outstanding, he explained all the in's and out's about how things work along with answering all my questions, mostly about the delay from the USPS and there shortage of workers.
Sad our government does not understand how important our USPS is to everyone.

No complaints. Services are as expected for mailbox. Communication for hours of pickup are frequently expressed. Overall, very pleased.
Most things work as expected. But we had several issues. Address change wasn't activated until chat with support. Quality of scans is poor.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
