The 1583 can be a rabbit hole of horror. Make sure the documents you supply have a date showing. My vehicle registration doesn't list the year and they couldn't use it. Resubmitting all of the correct documents added several days before my account was usable.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf.

Had some kinks signing up online which nearly affected my delivery status. Luckily the people on site caught the error. Very happy with the local store that is used for the physical mail pick up.

It was an efficient, and smooth process. The employees, at Staples, were courteous, and helpful.
So far so good, easy to set up. Easy interface and scans of mail are clear.

It's been a pretty straightforward experience. I has been contacted pretty consistently.
I went into the office to pick up my mail, but it wasn't in the cubby. And there was nobody to help I called the phone number on the front desk for help, but there was no answer.

Generally, we advise that you use the 'Schedule a Pickup’ feature when you want to pick up mail, whether with the app or from your computer. By doing this in advance, the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.

Highly Satisfied with the service, But I would highly recommend all items pertaining to Mail and/or packages always be kept in a secure lockbox instead. To prevent unauthorized access from lurking customers pretending to be shopping or needing services in that particular area where items are stored

We have not had our address for very long but so far it seems to be operating as we need it to. I did call customer service / our service office and got no answer. I left a voicemail that was never returned so that leaves a little to be desired. As we continue to use the services, I'm sure it will serve our needs.

So far it has been great. I have successfully made one pick up and the store operator was very informative and friendly.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment.
