Start up for a couple of months (March and April 2024) was slow requiring I telephone to repeat requests like scan, shred, dispose.
Training of staff seems to have improved service (Late May and early June 2024).
I've been using iPostal1 for my mailing needs, and their service has been excellent. Packages are always delivered on time, and their customer service is friendly and helpful.
The service has been good with no issues. Mail is forwarded to me per my instructions
Good service. Can't remember if there was a place to select if I can also pick up my spouse's mail. Also, I was going to add a foreign address to ship to, but was surprised that I need some sort of notary? What for?

To add another person to your account, you will need to send in another notarized Form 1583 and a copy of two forms of ID. Once this is done, we will be able to add that person's name to your account and receive mail in their name.
Online notarization is required for customers who ship internationally.

I did have a problem with my first delivery, iPostal support did respond to my request for help. IPostal did direct me to the stage of delay, even though it was not with iPostal and they did followup to ensure it arrived.
Good. I have received all my correspondence in a timely manner.
Everything is working as expected. The office is close and the workers seem competent.
So far it has been exceptional service. No complaints, they are friendly and do a great job.

We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
