iPostal1

Everything is working as expected. We've received everything that was sent there. My only issue so far is that I don't understand the service level for inputting the item into the iPostal1 system after it arrives. For example, I can see that an item is delivered via UPS, FedEx, etc. but it doesn't show up in iPostal1 consistently that day, a day later or three days later.

It has been very easy to use the website and the options for mail delivery are clear. Also the employees do an excellent job at the physical mail site.

IPostal1 has to date met my specific needs, and put up with and executed my odd requirements just as I had requested. The response time was reasonable and the consolidating and shipping of my packages was carried out without a glitch. IPostal1's client portal is easy to use and provides an effective way self-manage packages and letters - at a reasonable price. Last but not least, the staff at my iPostal1 address has been helpful, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend iPostal1.

When attempting to login to the website, the system buffered for an extremely long time. I tried 2 days in a row and the system buffered for more than 5 minutes. I finally was able to log in to complete my form 1583 with a notary.

He was really easy to get through the confirmation process and get everything set up and ready to go it has been an absolute dream as far as an email box so far and even their notary process was quick and easy I'm really very impressed.

I am very happy overall, except I wish the turnaround time were a bit quicker. That is probably a nitpick because I have no idea the volume of packages my location handles. So take that with a grain of salt. Their prices are fair and they take care to re-package my order safely when necessary. This is a truly convenient service and I would recommend this companyfor your virtual mailbox/remailing needs.

I had a great experience. As a Telehealth psychotherapist I rely on my remote address to send and receive documents. My experience so far has been excellent. The staff is friendly and personable. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Very expensive! Would greatly help to lower prices and streamline the signup process which is extremely tedious & frustrating, with needless glitches such as having to pay online notary x2 due to "technical errors"--very inefficient, and again, very costly service and fees...

Wow fairly easy to set up. Thanks for making that notary service available online. That worked really well. At first I was concerned that would delay my set up but it went really smoothly and teh notary was very helpful. Thank you for making the user expereince as painless as possible. Much appreciated

My mail arrives and I am promptly notified for pickup. Customer service and the distributors of my mail are both friendly and professional every time I come in contact with them. "2 thumbs up".

Ipostal stopped my ability to use the site to see my mail. Said I owend $199 which was for a more expensive plan. I didn't sign up for the more expensive plan. When I tried to Call, Email and use their CHAT bot, I got NO response. I spent several hours trying to figure out what was going on without any help from Ipostal. The office that I was using in my home town to track my mail, said they had no control over ipostal and how they charged customers or how to use their website. I don't recommend you use this company. You can't speak with anyone when things go wrong.

Nothing to complain. The service was simple to setup, and worked as expected. The support I received from the staff was also very helpful. No concerns...

I've not had any issues with iPostal1. I sent out mailings a few weeks ago and when one of the mailers was sent back due to the property being vacant, I was immediately notified. Overall, a great experience so far.

Grateful that I was notified regarding that I had two subscriptions to a mailbox and found out that Tailor brand was overcharging for the service at $99.

My experience has been okay so far. I wasn't thrilled to be overcharged for my virtual Notary service or that the opening of my box was needlessly held up waiting for a form from my husband, but other than that, no problems that I'm currently aware of.

Ipostal helped me get my mail sent in a timely fashion and could potentially be a lifesaver for businessmen and women who are married but traveling abroad in the States that may be away from their home state from family members and who may need a PMB (private mail box) to forward or get critical mail that was delivered to a home address

As a part of our corporate set up we needed an office address and phone and fax systems to become our basis of operations. We researched our options and chose to use the services of IPostal1.

Fantastic! The staff is friendly, professional, and go far above the usual. Sabrina in particular is outstanding, but so is the entire staff. I've had other personal mail boxes, but none of them compare to iPostal1!
