I use ipostal to forward the package from Europe to other country, they charge me $70 euros to forward my package through DHL, they never provide a tracking number, and 30 days later I receive a notice from DHL that my package was lost, I ask how I could claim it, and they answer that the only person can claim the package is a sender, I request ipostal the file the claim, they ignore my request, they denied the error, they say I have to claim it directly with DHL, i've been ignored, and never receive a solution from customer service, be advised before you use the service company.

Setup was easy and all information I need is provided. They provide options I may need like package handling both incoming and outgoing, telephone support, other services. I can come by and pickup my mail as well as have it forwarded.

It has bern over a month that I signed up, they still have not completed my paper work. I have sent them notarized form 1583, but they say they have mot received it. Every email is with a different people, they charged me the monthly fee very fist day but do fat I do have nothing

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way.

According to our records, you wrote in to our Customer Service team on 7/11 and supplied IDs to one of our reps on 7/16. On 8/1, another rep was in contact with you to explain that we did not have a completed and notarized Form 1583 and were also missing a photo ID, which is required as your primary form of ID.

It was easy to set up. However, I would have appreciated a Welcome email to let me know that all documents were received and my mailbox was ready to use and any other pertinent information for me to know regarding my virtual business address.
