You need a hub store in my area for better delivery service didn't know when it was coming came home and it was on porch don't know how long it was there but my kids were home and the driver didn't knock not cool.

Nice product for a pretty good price. However, shipping cost was expensive and the time took to receive the item was longer than it should have been. Also, I was able to find a lesser price for the item at several other online locations.

It was an overall okay experience. One of the watches that were ordered for men came in for women. It took a while to get here because of the virus which is understandable. The one watch the came correctly was really nice and affordable.

Everything was alright but the processing time to the product to ship took a while. Customer service explained that it takes 3-5 business days for the product to purchase. It arrived in the two day span as promised once the shipment was sent out.

It took way to long to receive my watch. Tried calling several times but no one answering the phones. I am weary to order any watches in future. I would have liked a owners manual for the watch to be included in my order.

It was very easy to purchase but the waiting time from order to delivery was way to long. I understand at this current time, things can be little stressed or limited but a month and a half is like I said way too long.

They sent me a text advising me that they will need a signature for the delivery so I waited all day. I go downstairs to get the mail and my package was left right there in the stoop. Wasted a whole day for nothing!

This website was easy to navigate through and shop for watches. Excellent prices. My order came in individual Invicta watch boxes. The watches had a plastic wrapping on the watch face, back and metal band. This perfectly protected the watches. The boxes were well padded. The watches were a bargain, yet the packaging and delivery were as if I had paid full price. I will definitely buy again.

Take too long to prepare, don't tell you an item is out of stock, I don't get messages when item is shipped it's like no one cares if I buy the brand or don't! Shame it's a nice brand and been loyal for years but service wise is a desaster!

I ordered a watch and I did not receive it within 2 weeks. I contacted customer service and they assured me that they were getting extremely high volumes of orders and my watch will be shipped out that day. I received my order promptly. I frequently order from Invicta and this incident was a first-time occurrence. I received excellent customer service and I will continue to order from them in the future.

I purchased for watches. For immaculate wonderful watches. I do have sad to say a problem with one of them I went to unscrew the adjustment and it popped how about in my hand, and I know that's not supposed to happen. I've tried calling, and I keep getting the runaround. A brand new watch. All I ask is, that it be replaced and I can't even get that done.

The watch is beautiful and awesome price, but I have to say it was very frustrating getting customer service representative no one answers the fone and I send about 3 email asking for a update on my purchase it took forever to get answer & to get the watch! After all I am Very pleased with the watch.

Heard bad things about automatic watches but this thing works great and looks good! I do alot of hard work (lifting, moving furniture floor finishing exc) and this watch hds up well and keeps decent time and looks great even received complements at work!

I was upset considering I purchased the item no more than a week ago at a much higher price than what it is now. On 9/24 purchased the bracelet for $67.00 today same bracelet on 10/5 for $24.00. I have been taken advantage of on this product I am not happy considering I am a collector of all the watches.

Love my Superman watch! Its definitely a conversation starter! Only issue i had was it didnt come in the Superman themed box it was supposed to come in. Contacted through email and said they will send me one when they get them back in.

I received my order in a timely manner and was Happy to see it. I ordered 2 watches one for me which was awesome and one for my wife which had issues time she opened the box. The watch was not in the paper sleeve, not on the pillow and the bracelet was very scratched up on one side. Looked like a return from someone. My wife said she was ok with it but I was not.

I don't think I'll be ordering anything again. The price was great, but the time frame was too long. It took almost a month to receive my watch. Fed ex kept switching my Delivery date, and it took 2weeks before my order was processed
