Product research is fine. Checking out and using the Invicta card is a pain...takes forever to recognise card and card holder. Update on the using of the Invicta card, the last 2 times has been much better, I will say the web site upon ordering is still in need of cleaning up. Takes about 4 times to get the order in and approved. Otherwise, all else has been great. The prices on 80% of the watches sold on this site have excellent discounts and very fast service. Always my go to site for Invicta watches.

This is the 4th watch ive purchased from Invicta... that says alot by itself. Im a 21 year old guy and get alot of complements on the 3 i have already. I have 3 with metal bands, one ive had for 2 years the other 2 are less than a year old they all keep time very well and i actually swim with all of them on, one ive worn in the ocean 3 times without any problems.

I really like the watch. I felt it was at a good price. The processing time to get my watch in Fed-Ex hands was painfully slow, 7 days to process an order is unacceptable in todays Amazon Prime world. It took 3 days for Fed-Ex to deliver from Florida to NJ, which is normal.
I ordered a watch set. The bracelet unfortunately came broken so I called customer service. The rep I spoke to was excellent! My issue was immediately resolved and my bracelet was replaced at no additional cost to me. Not even shipping. Truly a stellar customer service experience. I will definitely continue to order.

I don't like the fact that if I'm ordering to send to Canada (a neighboring country) that the discounts do not apply. It's disappointing to see that in order for discount codes to apply you can only have it sent to a US address.
