This is the 4th watch ive purchased from Invicta... that says alot by itself. Im a 21 year old guy and get alot of complements on the 3 i have already. I have 3 with metal bands, one ive had for 2 years the other 2 are less than a year old they all keep time very well and i actually swim with all of them on, one ive worn in the ocean 3 times without any problems.

My men's Rally S1 is a great addition to my watch collection... as usual Invicta has delivered a beautiful quality well made time piece... the fit and finish of the watch is second to none...Great Experience!

I really like the watch. I felt it was at a good price. The processing time to get my watch in Fed-Ex hands was painfully slow, 7 days to process an order is unacceptable in todays Amazon Prime world. It took 3 days for Fed-Ex to deliver from Florida to NJ, which is normal.

I ordered a watch set. The bracelet unfortunately came broken so I called customer service. The rep I spoke to was excellent! My issue was immediately resolved and my bracelet was replaced at no additional cost to me. Not even shipping. Truly a stellar customer service experience. I will definitely continue to order.

Great selection and ordering was easy. Was confusing when trying to find out order status. It said processing and when I clicked more information it took me to someone else's information for a product that was ordered last year. It took a very long time to arrive and I paid extra for two day shipping.

The watch, which was a birthday gift did not work when it was delivered. Tried many, many times to report the problem online, of course there was an issue with your online form. Finally was able to speak with a live person, waiting to see if the issue has been taken care of.

I was very pleased. My last order was out of stock and took it took two weeks to tell me.
This time my order was delivered quickly and my delivery instructions were correct.

I pay for a 2 day delivery it took 14 days for me to get the watches I understand because of the pandemic there will be a delay but that was unacceptable paying $29.00 for getting the item 14 days later is a joke.

The whole process was painless from start to finish. I purchased this as a gift. The recipient was more than delighted with the packaging and the gift itself. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an exceptional product and gratifying purchase experience.

I don't like the fact that if I'm ordering to send to Canada (a neighboring country) that the discounts do not apply. It's disappointing to see that in order for discount codes to apply you can only have it sent to a US address.

The product itself was good. Shipping took too long. I wasn't updated on shipping info as I was told I would be. When calling customer service nobody would answer the phone. I sent my inquiry by email and got a much quicker response. From that point my issue was resolved

Customer service is awful.
Each time I call I wait about 20mn before someone picks up the phone.
Never got clear information and I had the very bad feeling that I was disturbing the hostess.
It was a very bad experience. And why do they close so early? 4 pm

I purchased a used venom with a white nylon strap. It was in great condition and at a really good price. I will likely give it to my brother. We exchange Invicta watches and being in California, he will love a white stylist band.

Hello, my experience past and present Invicta watches shopping has always been exceptional. The watches are fabulous and keeps on ticking without any problems. I have purchased several watches for myself and my family and we're all delighted with the quality of the watches.

Love the watch and it came much quicker than I'd expected. I issue is that the release on the cla is very tight and I've already broken my very strong thumbnail. I will need to find something else I can use to unfasten it.

When shopping you send coupons in the emails which is quite good, but sometimes these coupons cannot be applied at the time and it is frustrating. The band in the watches are too large and I have to pay to get it sized. This does not happen with other watchesl
