I purchase many watches from your store, this is the first time I actually ordered online, I was not happy with the fact that I actually had to send an email to see when my watch would be shipped, it said it was in processing for a few days and once I sent my email, not 1 hr later it said It had shipped. I was not happy with that at all. I will continue to purchase your watches just not sure how often I will buy online.

I bought many watches from invicta. Unfortunately my Coffman moon watch arrived in a non working condition. Does anybody check a watch before it is sent out? Now there is a delay due to holiday shopping? I bought over 20 watches this year I expect better service.
The first watch I ordered actually came broken so I ordered this other one instead. As a result of having to order another one, I paid for premium shipping on it so I could get it in time as it was a gift. Similarly I have 3 other watches on order right now that I paid for premium shipping so I can hopefully get them in time for my boyfriend's birthday. The order is still 'processing' right now.
The watches looked great. Quality is good as always. The only thing I would like your company to improve on is picturing the watch to truely depict their size. I have small wrists and it is always hard to tell how large of diameter the watch will truly be. They are not always dependent on the case size it seems to me. I have seen other companies show the general size pictured on a wrist whether an actual picture on an average sized wrist or just a graphic to visually compare the overall size of the watch
I ordered the Sea Hunter on 1/3/2020 and recueved it on 1/18/2020. I called customer service three times and was transferred to (3) different persons, none of which spoke without a really heavy Spanish accent. I was given $20 off if my next order and told on 1/14/2020 my oder would there in 1/16/2020, guess again. I don't believe I will order through Invicta.com again, I will stick with ShopHQ. Terrible experience with this whole ordeal.
Beautiful time piece and an awesome price. Found the same watch on Amazon but for a lot more. It's a Christmas gift for my fiancé and I just know he's going to love it. I also appreciated the fact that the time and date were already set.
I received my watches in record time, but the model SCO439 was received broken (the hour hand is not attached rendering the watch unusable). If you could send me a return label I will retun it so it can be repaired or replaced. Thankyou.
Very easy cart process, no complaints there. But from the time that you place an order until the time your item is actually shipped out needs improving. Whereas I realize Covid-19 has affected many businesses, I recall this was business as usual from years ago when I purchased watches from The Sunday Run. Yes, i know you are processing a lot of orders: the more special sales you run will generate more orders and add to the normal shipping times, but to wait almost 2 weeks or longer for an item to ship is not good on the customer's end. I've place 4 orders with you now back to back to back to back, and have so far received 3 of the 4 watches. No shipping on the last order placed on Jul 10th as yet. I'm assuming it'll ship out later this week as that's been the norm. Your sales prices can't be beat, but your shipping times need improvement!

As always, I received great customer service. The Invicta site is very user friendly. That makes it very easy to look for the type of invicta watches I like. Shipping is fast and they do a great job of keeping you updated. Looking forward to the 2019 invicta cruise.
I have emailed several times with a promise if a response in 24 hours and have never been emailed back. I have an order now that has been processing for 4 days and I chose overnight shipping for an extra $60. Once again no email back. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I now know to stick to shop hq
As an Invicta watch collector, I was surprised by the pricing. Once the buying process completed, the delivery time was very quick. I couldn't be happier and as a result of the experience, I will continue to review the site for reasonable pricing on some of the more specialized series offered.

Delivery was a nightmare! Contacted help desk 4 times with 4 different responses. Shipped by Fed Ex to Hollywood, Fl not Port Saint Lucie, Fl., clearly not knowing where or how shipment was made. Fed Ex gave the most accurate info, not Invicta. No one knew or seemed to care. I am an Invicta Collector with over 400 Invictas and the customer service needs qualified people who care. Mr. Lalo needs to get involved or risk loosing customers who promote their brand. I am a retired CEO of Fortune 500 companies and I would get involved.
I should not have to contact customer service to get an update on my two orders that I placed only to be told; one is not going to be delivered. I gave the order way more time against your shipping & processing time frame before i reached out. I have only worn Invicta watches. If the next order that I have currently placed turns into the same issue. This will be the absolute last time I will ever purchase any item from this company & I will make sure that everyone i know hears about this issue. I would hate for anyone else to go through this nonsense as I have had to go through.
I am pleased with the invicta watch I purchased for my husband as a gift. It arrived on time. It was however delivered (at no fault to invicta, the wrong address) apparently. It was thrown opened on my front lawn. The watch wasn't damaged, so all is well. I will definitely order from them again.
My Son is a huge Invicta collector, he highly recommended that I browse on line to find a gift for my future husband. Couldn't afford too much but wanted something nice. And I did find many selections that I could afford! My guy was speechless when I gave it to him. Thank u so much!

The delivery was hampered by Fed Ex inability to locate my condo when it's clearly marked. I returned the watch because it was larger than I expected. I did in fact order a different watch that is more my size. The customer service representative advised me on the sizes of the watches which helped me find a watch that better fit me...
We'd been shopping around for a good price for a week or so. Then low and behold InvictiaStores was offering the best price! We are so happy with the watch, the way it looks and the over design. The packaging was nice. They requested a signature upon delivery, which made me feel good about my overall purchase, and experience with this company.
Got to order quickly. Easy to do. The watch is very nice. Had no problem with Invicta Store. The only problem was with Federal Express due to my watch did not get here in timely delivery which they said was human error. They do not have very good tracking when I was trying to find out where my watch was. They did make sure I got my watch and was contacted by Federal Express to let me know it was being loaded on delivery truck to get delivered. Even though it took longer to get my watch, I am very satisfied and happy with my watch. Thank you very much!
