I bought a beautiful watch at a very good price, I paid $ 29 for shipping in two days, but unfortunately the order was not sent until that date, I called and it was fixed at the time, my watch arrived with two days of delay. I am still waiting for the refund of the shipment amount in two days.

The order took forever to be delivered. The watch didnt looked at all as the picture. I contact customer service by phone an they never answer, sent emails and I always received the same response. Very dissatisfy.

Your website is not user friendly, and it takes far too long to get the watch. Why does it take you 4 days to process the order when I can get similar invicta watches from amazon in 2 days yet it takes 6 days from invicta.
I have ordered many products from this compost over the years. This is the 1st bad experience that I have had. I ordered a watch and an Oakley Backpack on this order. Received the watch in a timely manner and as always very pleased! However my Backpack at 3 weeks was not received. Called customer care and never was given an answer as to why, where or even if it was sent. Asked to be called back after researching my order to update me and that was also not done. 2 more weeks go by and finally receive a package that includes my 2nd item. Very frustrated and since this was a Backpack for one of my kids, I had to purchase an additional one because it was not received prior to school start date!
Invicta products are amazing, I by a new watch for my fiancée every Christmas since we met. As they are his favorite. I am always pleased with the product and we have never had any issues except once with FedEx in the shipping time, however when I contacted Invicta the next day is was here.

I was told I would receive an email once the watch was delivered but I did not. The watch showed up unannounced and longer than specified originally. The watch is amazing just wish I would have known when it was coming since it was a Christmas gift and could have been received by the person the gift was for.
Yes I was denied credit through your company so I just bought the watch with cash but I still would like to receive credit approval. I'm really wanting to get my credit reestablished I now have an income of over $1,100 a month for disability so my money can never be taken away. Please review my application cuz I would love to have more than one Invicta. This is my fourth Invicta watch that I have bought over a 15 year period.ps make more All Gold Everything watches. Did not like the website layout, it started to make us feel like it wasn't legitimate, once's signed into my account there wasn't an option to sign out, so we had to hard close out of the browser. There was no option to cancel the Oder under my order history if need be. Could not get through on the phone to contact customer support or email until my watch arrived. Overall I thought I was being scammed until my watch came. I'll be using amazon for now one if I were to purchase another invicta watch, however it's unlikely
Shopping with Invicta and returning to Invicta is not a problem at all, my main issue here is with the watches I ordered. These 2 watches were not very good quality and there were a lot fo flaws with their overall design. They did not feel like they were made from the high quality materials I have come to know and expect from Invicta and that is why they were returned.
I had to contact this company to see when the order would ship. Almost a month later, I had to call again to be told my delivery date would be that day. She said she would forward that shipping info to me AGAIN but I still haven't received it. Overall, I will not be ordering from this company again.
I was pretty much happy. A little upset that it took so long for me to get my watch. I was shocked and upset when I got my watch in the wrong box. I spoke to customer service and they will send the correct box out. So I'm waiting until get my box I'm on the fence for now

I was supposed to get an email to let me know it was shipped. I never got it and had waited a reasonable amount of time so I contacted them to see if it had shipped. I just got a general response saying they would email when it shipped - no explanation or confirmation. Then in several days, it came in the mail. I was counting on the email because we were going to be out of town and it was forecasted to rain at my house. I needed somebody to be there to get it because our porch is not covered.
I later found the same watch online from another store for $50 cheaper. I think if I am buying an Invictus watch directly from Invictus stores, the price should be cheaper or as cheap as competitors. I will find the watch I want at this site, then get it from another store for a cheaper price in the future.
I had, and still have problems between the website and the Sychrony Bank card. Every time I attempt to check out I'm stuck at the one-time passcode... an old phone number is shown as where the text would be sent to. After numerous phone calls, I was able to get this bypassed to order this watch, but it still happens each time I've tried to order since. I've lost out on several low-quantity items I wanted due to this, as I generally don't have time to call while you're open. But aside from that I ended up with an excellent watch at a very good price.
These pieces were from the Unique Anthology collection, a bunch of watches with mixed parts. There was a no return policy on these which wasn't really fair because the customer had no ides what they were receiving.
