Have not been able to use Invicta card to make purchases since I received the card over 1 year ago. Received e-mail recently the problem has been corrected but I will believe it when I see it. Pretty disappointing thus far.

I was not notified that the watch was delayed and not coming with the speakers so I waited a couple more days then tried to call to see if it was missed. I waited almost an hour on the phone and never did speak to anyone. Also I didn't receive any kind of invoice with either package which I need for the watch in case I have a problem with it. I want to return the speakers and I don't have an invoice to do so and can't call. I tried to log into my on line account but it won't let me and won't let me change my password either.

Very easy website to browse

Very easy website to browse. The watch I ordered was better looking in person. The only thing I would suggest is for Invicta to add more images from different angles and to tell how heavy and the height of the watch.

I have a collection of five Invicta watches and they are all over the top! Tons of compliments on all of them!. With my new addition today six! Thank you for your quality watches at affordable prices! The guys call me the BALLER! The ladies notice and smiles galore! :). Again OVER THE TOP! PS, the Invicta staff at the San Antonio, store at North Star Mall professional and also over the top customer service!

I love the flash sales it makes me realize you can't really sleep when you see something you really want because it goes up double in price and then you have to wait a couple months to get what you want

Need to show estimated shipping date on the order acknowledgment. Keeps you wondering. Also need to have a cancel order button if you want to change your order, etc.

The finish of the clock does not seem to have been made by Invicta. I bought more than 7 Invicta watches by Amazon, and that's the worst. I regretted it. Should have paid another 10 dollars and bought a better one.

I love shopping with Invicta stores, just a little disappointed with the delivery time, understandable during the pandemic, but it took a month to receive my order. The last time I ordered it took FedEx FOREVER (weeks)to deliver, finally I had to pick it up myself. All that being said, I plan to order again soon. Thank you for getting my order to me before my anniversary. I hope my next order doesn't take as long.

Overall experience with ordering is usually good; website is easy to use and ordering is smooth. However, ordering multiple items often comes from various locations, which can take some time too receive the all of the items to complete the order.

Good Experience.
10/17/2017 - FedEx delivered my package to the wrong house. And I received the wrong package that was supposed to be delivered to that same house. Luckily, they contacted me and exchanged boxes. They are usually spot on when they deliver in my area. However, my watch came within 2-3 days of ordering. Usually it takes 5-7 days. Thank you for the speedy processing and delivery!

With Invicta it can be quite confusing when placing multiple orders as I do and then having part orders shipped at different times. It makes it difficult to keep track of what has been delivered and what is to be delivered.

The overall experience was excellent. I requested a price adjustment due to a lower price on the same item within 3 days and also received that. There was a bit of a long hold time on the phone to do this but other than that everything was outstanding.

I did not get my first sign up discount to my very first order that the website advertised. I feel that a bit like false advertising. Also, when I typed in the coral snake watch NOT all of them came up. Only one of them and NOT the one I wanted... you should look into that.

It took longer than expected

It took longer than expected. There were lots of choices and deals, which is awesome. Unfortunately, when you use the search engine to narrow searches and put the item in your cart and then back out of the cart the search parameters have been cleared and you have to begin again. It would be nice if you put in a back out arrow from the shopping cart that returns you to the search results.
