Everything was great ordering online. But the second-hand on the watch don't work. I didn't want to send it back because there was only one more left and didn't want to take the chance of not have it at all. I still love the watch though but wish all the parts work for what I paid.
The watch ordered was clearly used and returned. The plastic was removed and there were some very minor scratches on the item as well. I was offered a refund, but this particular watch is discontinued and pretty hard to find, so I decided to keep the watch anyways.
Nice case, but it was very, very dusty when I received it, & I could barely clean it off completely. There's certain crevasses that I can't even get to. Also, the order for my camouflage case was cancelled, even though the website still says that it is in stock, & I am very disappointed about that.
First. I like the watches very much. Tried to purchase one and website said "in stock". Turned out it was sold out. Second choice said "in stock" and I waited for a restock before it came. Popular product but perhaps a bit better inventory management for the website.
Easy to navigate easy checkout. Drawback is you can't go to your account and see your orders. Can't track. This needs to be fixed. Other online stores have this. Very difficult to get customer service. Should be able to see all orders, dates, shipped, cancelled, returned, etc. Thanks.
The product arrived in what appeared to be a used box that had a hole in it and it was not the box for that particular watch as it was tightly forced into the box. So once you took the watch out of the box it would not sit properly back in the box and the watch itself had a scratch on it. Since it was a birthday gift I didn't have the opportunity to return it, but it appears that either it was a gently used returned item from someone else or it was handled very poorly in the shipping process. Either way it did not appear brand new. I will most likely not order from here again or at least give myself enough time to return it if it is not satisfactory like this one. Thank you.

They're a bit slow in sending out your order, but once shipped it was promptly delivered.
Clearance and sale prices are phenomenal. You need to check the website frequently to find the lowest price as the prices tend to go up and down. Once the price hits bottom, you need to pull the trigger.
I understand that processing time may take a little longer but 2 weeks is a little excessive I think. Then in some cases the item isn't available Anymore. I don't understand that. It was available when I purchased it and now it's not. Maybe if it was processed a little more quickly a watch that had already been purchased wouldn't have been sold to someone else.

Ordering on there web site was easy and the watch came when they said it would. I did email customer service because the watch band was to big and I wanted help on what to do. They never responded. I did find out how to adjust the band so I am in good shape.
This is my first Invicta watch, I've been wanting one for a while. This will not be my last. Love it. Getting a Venom next
Love Invicta watches. And the Watches I ordered came in. However the one watch is not keeping time at all. The second hand sometimes moves and then jumps around. Tried a new battery in the watch but it still is not keeping time. I have sent a message explaining this to the helpdesk email.
The watch is very nice! But it's too big and I have to find a nearby watch shop to take one of the links out..
Great price and quick shipping. The watch arrived in perfect condition and the quality is top notch. The watch box was also very nice. I would highly recommend the NFL collaboration watches and would consider buying other watches in the future. This is going to make a perfect gift for the holidays!

Never will i order anything from invicta. My his and hers watchers never arrived., waste of a hundred bucks. Fedex and invicta are not reliable.
Very good watch for the price. And the shipping and handling is great. Plus it comes with a 5 year platinum warranty. Very good for $49 for a $600+ watch from them, thanks for having rapid sales and coupons daily. I put them above Rolex and many other any day.
