I had first purchased the watch on Amazon, and i loved it, but they were charging about $36 more, and it did not look original. I returned the Amazon one, and ordered the same one directly from the Invicta stores, better price, and packaging was different which let me know it was an original.

I bought a pre owned CERTIFIED watch. The description said it might have scratches and some wear but it would be in perfect working order but it was not! The crown comes right out of the watch it looks like where it screws to the stem it was broken. Can't wind it or set the time at all. I know these are no return items and if it wasn't actually broke I would suck it up but it was supposed to be certified and in working order! IMO they never checked to see if the watch actually worked or not. I sent a message to Invicta but have not heard back, I know at this time it might take a while so I will wait a little longer, if they can send me a replacement crown I will have my repair shop replace it so it works. I really do not want to send it back it's a limited edition and there are no more available
Quick, easy, had to back up because I thought it was free shipping but learned it was $99 & up... the waiting killers me but that was because Invicta did not have my full address... that's on me. All was resolved and I received my watch quickly after that! I love it

I am very happy with the purchase. So happy in fact, that I just made another purchase. I love Invicta watches. They are everything a watch should be. I have a watch collection of more than 20 watches. I am now removing some other brand watches and replacing them with Invicta only.
I really like the website and I know managing a site with so many items must be difficult. My only suggestion would be more pictures of the watches.

I received my order but it was defective. I contacted Invicta and the only response I got was a copy of the return policy. I had paid $12.99 for initial shipping then $10.90 to ship it back. I really resent the fact that it cost me $23.89 to buy and return a defective product. Invicta should have at least given me a credit for the initial shipping.
I placed an order on June 10th and while your website says that it can take UP to 4 to 5 days. My order took 10 days and I even live in Hollywood, Florida. Very disappointed in your time it takes to process and deliver. This was a gift for Fathers Day and obviously was not available as a gift for the special occasion. I even paid for over nite shipping and that was not even remotely efficient. Not pleased with my over all experience with Invicta.

I was disappointed with the time it took to ship. I contacted custom service and he was able to put my mind at ease. He was very helpful and assured me I would get my order and emailed me a tracking number. When the watch arrived, it was perfect. The great quality I come to expect with invicta watches.
I was impress with the delivery time specially during the pandemic. I did try to order through FaceBook advertisement with different seller. I have to wait for more than two months to receive my order plus the product they sent me was damage. Thats why I decided to order it through the right source.
My only issue was the shipping, it took 29 days for me to receive my order. Can't understand why my order bypass my address then went to Forest, Ga up by Atlanta then came back to Augusta, Ga. This was a birthday present that was late getting to my husband.
The watch looks very nice online. The watch that I received looks a bit cheap and you can hardly see the design on the metal. The watch is an anniversary gift and I was really thinking about sending it back but I figure my husband can wear it to work.
For the most part my experience has been enjoyable. I do have one gripe and that is how a product can quickly disappear. Sometimes I am scrolling through the sight and to see what is available and see something that interest me and continue to scroll to see what else is available. When I try to find the product that I liked it is gone. Frustrating.
I purchased a watch for my husband for Christmas. I received a confirmation that the order was placed within minutes. However it took over 3 days to receive an updated shipping status. I contacted the help center to get a status on my order. A few days later I get an email with a tracking number. The package was delivered shortly after. The day after receiving my package I receive an email from the help center stating that my package was delivered. I then check the price of the watch and realized the item I bought was now 50% off. Also the box it came in was dirty and slightly damaged. However the watch itself seems to be in good condition. Not a great 1st experience. Seriously debating on shopping online again.
Rated a 4 because I was unable to use the welcome30 discount offer on my purchase. I tried calling to figure out the issue and invicta store is only staffed during the week and not on weekends. Maybe if someone read this will call me and we can get the welcome discount offered applied to my purchase.

Once I received the watch the real fun began. They do not mess around with the unboxing experience. I bought a relatively cheap watch, but it still came in a large padded leather box, with a warranty card and cleaning cloth and all kinds of stuff. Very exciting opening it all up.
The address I gave them is not what they put on my shipping label as it was missing my apartment number and my apartment complex is huge. I called and sent emails to correct the address but I never got a confirmation that it was corrected. The delivery person told me it was corrected. That was very stressful because my order was a Fathers Day gift.
