I ordered a watch and have not received it

I ordered a watch and have not received it. This is becoming a problem. This is so unprofessional to me because I really enjoy haveing Invicta watches but for my pass 4 watches that I ordered they all have come late. Customer Service takes so long to answer you back. I'm still waiting on a watch now.

I was disappointed the item I wanted was shown as available so I maid a purchase...I placed item in my cart paid for it...then the order was cancelled...card was charged...the question I have is why does it take so long to credit your order back it should credit you account back as soon as the order is cancelled

Invicta could have made me aware that the products I purchased were at a physical store and would take longer to ship. Had I been aware I would have expected the longer wait time and been more satisfied. The customer service people I talked to were able to answer questions and ensured I would get my products soon.

My overall experience for this purchase was good

My overall experience for this purchase was good. My other recommendation is to have more parts available for your watches where owners who work on watches be able to repair their own time pieces. I have a broken crystal on my subaqua noma III but cannot find which one i need. Watch bands etc... I converted on of my plastic watch bands with a metal one and it worked out well. Problem is each watch only has one band choice. Thanks...

Always love looking at collections and this one is very reasonably priced. Although it took a while to arrive I love the watch. Easy to size and wore it the day it arrived. Quite pleased. Very striking timepiece.

Directions were not good

Directions were not good. Was disappointed to read if there is an issue, I have to pay so much. Doesn't seem good customer service or good warranty that if there is a problem, the customer pays for it.

I purchased two watches

I purchased two watches. One is working fine, the second one is not. Followed operating instructions and could not get to work. Will be returning watch. Because it was a Christmas gift the recipient could not enjoy it.

I received my order from a professional Feedex staff who was very professional. My order came in well packed. I love the beautiful watch. It was money well spent. The manual was not comprehensive enough. I had to contact customer care who sent me an e copy on record time. Thank you.

Delivery was delayed and I had to email customer service twice until I was advised the reason for the delay. I recommend to advise customers if delivery will be outside of the normal processing date range. Thank you.

I call about 4 time in regard on my order because a not receiving my watch...and all the time was different excuses...1st it takes about 1 to 5 business day but it's been more than 5 working day, then it's to mush demand, then it's at the wearhouse, then it's in your way.and still waiting and waiting and finally got it...but was to many excuses.

The last purchase

The last purchase. I never received a tracking number so the lazy postal worker left the watch on the patio. Someone took the package, thank goodness a neighbor saw who took it and I was able to confront them to get it back.

The price is a little more expensive than other US purchasing sites, and there is no response to customer service for product inquiry

I placed my order on December 30

I placed my order on December 30. I immediately received a confirmation email of the order. This however was the first and last contact I had with the company that they initiated. I called several times and was left on hold for 45min or more. Finally after remaining on hold on my day off for 1hr 17 min someone answered to let me know my order would be shipping. I emailed as well and only got a reply after two attempts. This company has beautiful products but the service and communication or lack of is beyond poor..

The shopping was great!

The shopping was great! Quick and easy. My only issue was the delivery. I requested for my order to be placed inside the front door instead my entire order was placed outside where anyone could have stolen it. Thank God everything was okay.
