The watch is smaller than I was led to believe. Could only see it in a picture. I have a large wrist most times have to add links (even your watches). For the price I will use it for work. A little disappointed.

Overall experience was fine. I was a bit surprised by the packing material used inside the shipping box - it was pieces of random foam and what appeared to be some small pieces of trash. The box itself was very sturdy and tape well.

I tried to subscribe and apply the code and it did not work. Also had to call in to find out why my order was delayed. I was not informed that it would take 2 1/2 weeks. Overall my fiance loves the watch.

First purchase

First purchase. So far experience has been positive. Great sale prices. Order fulfillment was slightly problematic. A watch that I ordered was out of stock at the time of shipping. When I went on the website to order another watch as a replacement; the watch which was out of stock was still in the online inventory. I verified with customer service that even though the watch was online and available for purchase - it was actually out of stock and the website had not been updated.

The watches are very attractive

The watches are very attractive. I have worn all the ones I purchased since receiving them. I did pay for 2 day shipping I received two of my watches in the time frame. The other three did not arrive for about a week.

It took 3 weeks to get my order

It took 3 weeks to get my order. I contacted customer service multiple times. I was given canned answers like a machine was responding. Even after I was told it was shipped (finally) I was given tracking information that didn't work. Total mess!

Trying to get answers on where the watch was, was pathetic at best. I understand a pandemic and all, however you could do a much better job in having anwers as to when a product will ship. The product showed up 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered it and came 2nd day air at the point because of all the issues. This was my 1st purchase through Invicta and my last due to poor customer service.

The watch was a gift for a friend

The watch was a gift for a friend. When he received it, he cried like a baby. The timing (delivery) was perfect.

When he went on line to order the same item just hours after I placed my order, not knowing it was for him, they were out of stock.

Thank you for such an astonishing piece of art.

Yellow tag rocks! Just don't understand why it shipped from FL and the destination was FL that it went all the way to TN just to end up at a sorting facility an hour away before delivery?!?!? Seems some of my S&H was a waste of money!

The product I received was very nice, just as all the other Invicta products I have are. My shopping experience was okay on the website. The main problem I had was because of the length of time it took for the product to ship. I also paid for the second day shipping and it still took 5 days to get here after it shipped. The second day shipping costs $30 and when I try to call customer service to ask for a refund for my second day shipping I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I end up being on hold for 20 minutes and I don't want to wait that long. Otherwise I love Invicta products. They're very nice and they're at a great price.

Product and prices are great but delivery is terrible! This took a month to reach and when I asked them about the tracking after three weeks passed they told me I could cancel my order or wait it out. That wasn't much help. I needed it for the 6th for a friend birthday gift and it came on the 9th.

It was very easy to use. But the customer service is horrible. I have been trying to return the product and no one will let me know how to do this. There is no return label so that I can return the item. I have called many times and no one ever gets back with me.

I normally have a great experience when I order from invicta but this time my order wasn't received on or before the said dates it was to be received. Plus I paid for two day shipping so it could be here for father's day and it wasn't. So, I was kind of disappointed but when I contacted customer service they took great care of me and had it shipped without any hesitation. Thank you

I made an order of two watches and I received them fairly quick even though the situation of the pandemic and that I live in Puerto Rico. Then I made another order and had an issue with one of the items, I contacted them via email and they answered in two days and made a full refund. Definitely will buy again.

One of my orders was refunded because it was not is stock. I had been waiting over a month. I purchased the venom skull gen 111 for a great price and after waiting over a month was told my order was refunded due to stock. Very disappointed.I was told other customers were given credit for the inconvenience.

The customer service experience I had was wonderful! I ordered the wrong watch, as there were two very similar, so I called customer service right away and was told I could reject the package and wait for a refund and then order the correct watch. However, after looking at the watch I received, I loved it so much I decided to keep it for the birthday gift for my guy!

The person who helped me order the watch was great and made the process so easy. Your computers were down that day and you were showing only one watch in stock. She took my phone number and called me back when the system came back up so I could get the watch.
She needs to get a raise in pay she went to the extreme to make sure I got the watch.

I contacted customer service by email and before I received my order the very same watch was $20.00 cheaper and it seemed to have took longer for a reply and the solution I offered was not and issue to be discussed so I sent it back and I am or was a loyal invicta customer watch enthusiast.

The server / website/ check-out experience on a scale of 1 to 10? Neg zero. So many issues with server freezing, loosing out on items and discounts due to servers/Website. I've also cleared my cart many times, and a few days later goo back to stores pick out a new item, place it in cart ( outside how slow the process takes) everything ok so far, then when I click chkout, the cleared items reappear
