Many options to search and sort by to find the time piece you are looking for. Excellent prices! It took over a week for the two watches to ship. Every time I contacted customer support I got a different answer... 3-4 days to ship, 4-5 days to ship, 5-6 days to ship... One of the watches has a large scratch down the center of the crystal. I understand it is a used, refurbished or whatever watch but I would expect a large freaking scratch down the center of the crystal to be in the watch description. That way I could make an informed decision on my purchase instead of having this defect thrust upon me with a no returns policy on this purchase. I will purchase my time pieces from retail locations from now on, like I have for my first 7 invicta, as the online shopping experience left a lot to be desired.
I saw on TV a shop in North Carolina that had been ransacked because of the current protests. I wanted to help that particular store. Little did I know that Invicta was a national chain.- That was my mistake. I ordered two items, one was a watch which was to be gift. I anticipated that the items would not arrive in time for the birthday. However, despite paying for expedited shipping, the lesser-priced item, the speaker came within a few days. I was concerned about the more expensive watch. I tried telephoning- the wait time was extensive. I also emailed. After about 5 days, I received a response and after about 10 days - 2 weeks after receiving the response, the watch finally arrived.
The only problem with the delivery time was that there was no confirmation of delivery or tracking item offered. The package just arrived on my doorstep with no prior notice. I happened to be home to notice the package on the porch, but some heads up on expected date would have been appreciated.
Nice watches. Need a better description of their watches (i.e., case size AND width of case - 38 x 12 or 36 x 11, etc.). This would have eliminated most of the returns I sent back because Invicta does not provide the width of the case
This is my second timepiece from invicta. I purchased a second timepiece because I broke my first one and was unable to get it repaired. I trust the quality and craftsmanship compared to others that I have purchased. The cost is economical and the beauty of this product is phenomenal. I will continue to purchase this product so long as these things remain in place.
So far so good,but I still haven't received any information on my last order ( order# *******) concerning the remaining watches to be delivered. This will be my last order until I receive all of what was ordered. Or feed back on my last order. Thanks
Only negative is that you need to put in different discount codes to figure out which one applies to the watch selected and since only one code applies per order you cannot order multiple watches in the same order since they have different promotions, and you don't get all the discounts that should apply to the different watches, so ended up just ordering one and still thinking about the other one I wanted to buy
I like Invicta watches as I have several of them. I know a few of my watches that require batteries need to have the batteries replaced more frequently than I would think, so watch repair is difficult for me to find a good repair location.
Could you please tell me why the buttons above and below the main crown do not screw in? I have 16 Invicta watches and they all screw in when not in use. Won't water get into the water.

My husband love his watch. Excellent quality. The only bad experience i had its that i pay 29.99 for 2 day shipping and i still had to wait like 8 days to received it. But next time i know not to pay for 2days all just take free shipping.

Easy to use and navigate. After I received the orders, the wrappings were put together in such a way as to make me think that the orders were 'returned' items repacked for a sale. Otherwise, I'm okay with my watches.
No problems at all with my order placed on December 20th. However, a previous order placed by my wife was never fulfilled even though credit card was charged. According to customer service item was no longer available? So pretty disappointed
I am an Invicta watch collector and have about 17 watches I have enjoyed owning Invicta over the past 10 years or so. Invicta makes excellent quality watches at very competitive prices. The watch designs are superb as well Customer service is very helpful, professional and responsive to customer concerns I recommend Invicta highly Invicta manufactures beautiful watches.

I received the watch in a timely manner but the band needed to be sized smaller. I called the closest store/kiosk in the Roosevelt field mall in Nassau county NY and they said they could size it for me. When I got there I was told there would be a $16.50 charge to size it because it was bought on line and not at the store. It was sized for me and I payed the fee but was not happy with the additional cost. It should have been no charge. This increased the overall cost making the purchase less than satisfactory. I feel I should be reimbursed for the cost of the sizing
My order was not cancelled so im thankful however i just notice some minor scuffs on bracelet but overall its ok about delivery time hope can be improved but overall the purchase was great i always shop at invictastore i highly recommend!
I understand the Coronavirus pandemic but I did not get any notice that it would be over a month before I received the watch. Other than the communication issues I am always pleased and happy with your service and products.
