I ordered 3 watches and two of them came without any wrapping at all! They all with scratches. I suppose these watches were display models or were returned. But they were sold to me as brand new! I'm dissapointed again!

It took way to long to receive my watch. I even ordered a watch with 2 day shipping & had to call customer service. They refunded the extra money for express shipping & it took 10 days to get the watch? In my opinion that is BAD customer service for taking 10 days when an item is ordered express. What's the purpose of having express shipping if you can't meet a simple time line?

Load time slow, making me reenter card info I already entered seemed suspicious. Didn't get shipping info sent to me until watch was a day or two away. Watch went 10 bucks cheaper day after i bought. Watch looks nice.

I love and collect Invicta Watches. I would really love it if you had a Gold Tone X-Wing with a gold tone bracelet, like the silvertone one I just purchased. This watch is one of the most beautiful in my collection. In fact I like it so much that it has become my favorite watch.

The product arrived in a timely manner and was as advertised. Invecta provides quality products at a fair price. I bought this watch as a graduation gift for my great niece, primarily because I have enjoyed the ten Invecta watches in my personal collection. Keep up the good work!

Great selection! I was very disappointed when the one item I really wanted and paid for was refunded back to me with no explanation. Other than that very satisfied with the process I have made several purchases and this was the first time I had this experience.

Overall everything was good, my only complaint is the delivery company that was used. I was home the day of the delivery because I was waiting and I didn't even know they came by until I opened my door and found a slip on my door. Then it took another week to go pickup my merchandise at the shippers store.

I contacted customer service on several occasions via email and phone and was unable to get a response. I never received an email back regarding my question. When I called several times, I was on hold for over an hour without ever getting to speak to anyone.

I love the watch that I received from Invicta. I wear it everyday, and I am going to order another one for my birthday. The design and quality of this watch is exactly what I was looking for, and is why i will be a returning customer.

I always get my watches from Invicta web site great price and deal on high quality unique watches. Always get items delivered quickly and always packaged securely. I would suggest this website to friends, family and anyone who ask about my watch. I always tell them about the website and the amazing deals.

Fast and easy purchase and check out however, very slow in processing my order but take the money right away. Then when called to ask where my order is. The customer service was not helpful and said we are 8,00 orders behind you will get it when you get it.

The watch that I received was beautiful, but, the online pic of it didn't show or tell how large and heavy it would be, so it was overly large and heavy. I had to return it and buy another size. I haven't received the new one yet but anticipate
A better fit for me.

I had to call Customer Service because I initially only received half my order. I was told about a refund and my other half would be on its way. I could have been notified about the split order and delay by Customer Service by email. Other than that, great products and overall service.

I'm very satisfied with my new watch and overall experience with Invicta! The watch is beautiful and looks very much like a more expensive Tag Heuer diver's watch. I plan to continue shopping with Invicta and continue a collection of these beautiful watches.

My overall experience was good, and I love the Invicta Brand and would definitely purchase again from this company in the future. My only issue was the delivery was a bit slow. However, I spoke with a customer service representative and he was very helpful and informative.

This was my first order. I did not like how a signature was required when delivering my package. It was difficult to get FedEx to deliver it when I was home that I missed two attempted deliveries and had to take off the third day just to wait for the package to arrive.

Shopping was easy, and prices were good. Shipping was extremely slow. They were supposed to be gifts, but I had to buy something else because they took too long to ship. Bought 3 watches, I feel like the quality was not as good as I was expecting.

Great selection and prices! The one thing that I didn't care for was that I didn't find out which watches were covered under a particular sale until I added it to the cart and entered the Discount Code. Almost 50% of the time, the discount did not apply to the watches I selected.

They gave me a very professional answer and answered all my questions very quickly. Only because of a good and competent consultation, I made an order. Thanks to the store managers! The store informs buyers about the order and delivery well and quickly. I am very pleased.
