I like the watch but wish there were more options to change links. I have a smaller wrist and had to remove 4 links but because of different size links, I was somewhat limited on which links I could remove. On the graffiti style band, there are more characters and art things I would like to choose to have on my wrist with others less striking and would prefer to leave off. Since the links are of different sizes, you're limited as to which links you can and can't remove for symmetry. I also wish we had better pictures of the bands. Is each one on the same model number exactly the same or is each one unique?
Watch did not come with instructions on how to set the day, date, and month. Also your on line manual shows buttons that this watch does NOT have? Called invicta and person could not explain how to set, very disappointed?
This is the first watch I've purchased and was not happy with the quality. I've been wanting this particular style and very disappointed with the Band and look. My first invicta that feels and looks cheap. Probably will be my last watch and I order 4-5 a year if not more.
The tool to adjust links in the watch bracelet is to small for all my watches. The pin punch broke the first time I used it. It didn't come with a tool to open round watch cases.
Glad I didn't pay the ridiculous price when it first came out.

Order came but needed a signature at the time I had to work. Asked FedEx to leave it at the office nope next day same thing ended up going to FedEx to get my package.get rid of the signature required...

Website states that it can take up to 4 business days before shipping out which is ok. I ordered on 5/9/20 and didn't receive it til 6/4/20. I understand Covid 19 had slowed things down but your website said nothing about slower shipping times til close tob2 weeks after I made my order. When I enquired about the delay on my order all I receive is a generic response that did not answer anything. The item I ordered was a birthday gift that didn't show up in time for said birthday. So I had to give the gift late which is a tad embarrassing. Overall they love the watch.

I placed my order then I got the confirmation...I am waiting and waiting for either another email/call or something regarding the order as I haven't received any information as to when the items would be sent. A WEEK later i get another email regarding the confirmation AGAIN of my purchase and that the items had been sent out along with a tracking number. If i did not believe in the quality and desire the items I would have cancelled the purchase. I have made previous purchase from Invicta by way of the store. This is the 1st time that I have purchased anything online. When purchasing in the store the watches come with the specialized hard case, especially the limited edition watches and Disney watches. Online purchases I assume do not receive such gifting. Not to mention, one of the watches the battery was dead. Thus, this online purchase was not a good experience.
It is insane to get to talk to customer service. It took me about 1.5 hours just to talk to a customer service who I was told on the phone that I just got one person in front of me.That makes me feels like not buying anything from you guys anymore
The customer service representative was awesome. We received our watch, but it was not working. I called, and the rep sent out another watch. It was a Father's Day gift. The rep promised to get the replacement watch to me by that date. It arrived on time as promised...
My overall experience was excellent. The product is beautiful and everything I expected. The only negative thing I have to say is that I did not feel that I could readily determine when the shipment was released, when it was schedule to arrive, and with which carrier it would be delivered.
If you really care about improving when a person is trying to contact you answer the phone don't ship the us off to computer. Also shipping time might be better if you give us some way to track the packages secondary shipping time should be a lot less than it is
I ordered a pre owned watch for my wife's birthday. It arrived DOA. I sent it back but have not received it back yet and I have not heard anything from them. It has been two weeks. I may adjust my scores upwards once issue is resolved.
Buyer beware there is no refunds on preowned. They did say if it cannot be fixed I will receive credit. Time will tell.
The only thing that I would like to ask is that you include a tool and instructions needed to remove the links for proper sizing. This would prevent customers from having to seek out a watch repair shop for sizing.
I received the second part of the order a few days ago and although I am happy with the items I ordered, I am not happy about the packaging that came with. Any time I have ordered jewelry from Invicta, it comes packed in a nice presentation box and jewelry wrap cloth. Including an order I placed in May. But this order, the first shipment of two, the men's bracelet was in a little clear thin plastic bag loose with The Bluetooth speaker. No jewelry box or wrap cloth. The second part of the shipment was the ladies bracelet nicely boxed and in a cloth wrap.

I had to return the watch... did not work. I took it to local Invicta store and they could not make it work as well. I had to pay $30 to return watch to get fix...rip off... especially when a brand new watch doesn't work. I like the watch, hopefully they can fix. But will not buy another one or recommend Invicta watches.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
