I was excited to get my pro diver, I was dissatisfied that I didn't receive the vintage watch I ordered bc because it was no longer available. The ad said '1 ' left when I ordered it. But obviously it wasn't. What ever goes wrong with needs to be fixed so customers aren't left with disappointment. If I were a new invicta I probably would have never made anymore purchases. But I've been a valued customer since 2004.
The product is great however I received the warranty card and on the back it states... "the warranty is only valid if the date of purchase is confirmed by the retailers seal indicating the date of purchase". And of course there is no seal on this warranty card so I am disappointed especially since I bought it straight from the invicta website. Watch serial: *******

I paid for 2 day delivery and wondered why it took so long for my order to arrive. Additionally I tried calling to check on my order for two (2) days. At one time I stayed on hold for 33 mins. And another call I waited on hold for 47 mins with out someone picking up the phone to speak with me...
Shopping experience is fine, but when selecting ground delivery I did not find anywhere the date of delivery. Might have to cancel if I can't confirm the date.
Decided not to cancel but very disappointed that a order placed on 12/12/19 did not get shipped out until the 20th and was late for Christmas..
I always wanted this 50 slot watch case. But I was waiting for the price to go down. I purchased my 50 slot case at $168. After a 20% discount but, a week later the price went down to $98. I should receive a price difference credit or something. Is this what we are doing? I am a long time Invicta watch collector.
FedEx did not deliver item to our house. Don't know where it was delivered, but found it in our mailbox 2 days later. Either a good neighbor was honest and put it in our mailbox, don't know, but Fedex showed delivery to our house; we were here at the time and no package was left at the door. Suggest signature for receipt of package in the future
I like the watch I received. Nice for the money I paid for it. Everything went pretty well. Ordering is nice and easy, good selection and prices are good on their website. Shipping is a little slower than expected. Customer service was quick and easy to deal with. Overall, great experience. Thanks
I think your policy on expedited shipping is BS. When someone checks the box for expedited shipping, they want the item in that time. They do not want it later when your company decides to send it. Please do not reply as I know that your company does not care about my opinion.

I love the Invicta products. Everything about them is just top notch.
What I did not care for, was the length of time it took to ship the watch.
From the time I ordered it, to the time it shipped was more than 2 weeks.
Once shipped, it arrived quickly, however it took far too long to ship the item ordered.
Now that I have my new watch, it is just fabulous.
The fedex driver wasn't actually delivering it to my apt. I was home one of the delivery days but I never got a knock on the door. Just a fedex text that it was coming the next day. It ended up being left at me leasing office. Wasn't expecting it to be delivered same week as order so that was amazing but fedex isn't a good service.
The spring bars keep breaking. When I contacted customer service they wanted me to mail the watch in. All I wanted a as some small spring bars and rather than spending a ton to mail the watch back and forth I had suggested it would be less costly to just send two spring bars. He was unable to help.
Did not know what to expect with the $25 two day shipping option. I placed the order at 1040am on Tuesday, 12/24 and received my watch on Tuesday 12/31. I guess there was a few days to get it to the carrier. (FedEx)

Also, you guys need to print instructions for how to set up & start each watch. The booklet & online instructions are too vague. Shouldn't have to call customer service or look up how to videos on YouTube. Ridiculous!
It was ok, not real user friendly though. Took several attempts and days to complete order. Also the Online coupon deals do not work. I tried to use MEGA55 and it did not work. Once I received it, it was great. The directions on setting it up were very vague. Doesn't show how to set the day of the week, it was just a general directions for most watches.

The delivery on this watch was ridiculous, a whole month, come on now. Not a bad company, good costumer service, it's just the wait that got to me. There was absolutely no reason for that. But I won't Be purchasing for a while.

No one ever contacted me back after I sent an email about a promotional code and I didn't receive a paper receipt with my order. The color was off. The merchandise didn't represent the image online.
The watch took a long to to be shipped out seems like they could work on that. Also when I receive watch it looked used instead of new it wasn't wrapped up like normal Invicta watches and it was damaged on the face
The watch is "beautiful". I actually received it prior to going on vacation. I contacted customer service to find out how it was going to be shipped & told them I would be out of state.they explained that delivery would be attempted 3 different times & I knew I'd be back before then. Delivery never promised prior to vac. Low & behold I received it prior to going on vacation. Received so many, many compliments. I sincerely thank you all!
I am a Invicta customer and love the products, however, this last purchase was disappointing. I bought a watch for a gift and 'The Box' arrived which I thought the watch was in. It was embarrassing to give the gift and open it with no watch inside. The watched shipped a day later. It would have been nice to know that they were shipping separately.
