There was a mixup with the shipping and I had to call to get it corrected. I was told the shipping labels were mixed up and I received an e-mail showing my ordered had been delivered. It had not. I was also sent the wrong tracking number. It took a week and having to call customer service twice to get my order. When the two watches arrived one looked like it had been opened and tried on by someone. In all both are very nice watches.
Shipping was extremely slow. Not only did it take several days from ordering to shipping, but FedEx is the worst, and slowest shipper out there. Then when it did arrive on July 9, it couldn't keep the time correctly. It gained 45 minutes over 8 hours, so I returned it the next day.
I have since ordered another watch on July 23rd, order #*******, that has not yet arrived, nor have I been notified that it has shipped. So incredibly slow...
I would not use Fed Ex but I'm just glad it came... fed ex came to an apartment building and just left a note... I was home. They could have just rang the bell. But the buying experience and price where awesome!
This order was processed in a timely manner. My second order placed on November 26th is still in the 'Processing' stage today (December 8th for an 'In Stock' watch; Order no. *******). I will await closure to this order before considering future purchases at this juncture.

Everything was out of stock on the website or there was only 1 or 2 left. I was buying watches for my groomsmen. So that was an issue.
I never received a shipping confirmation giving me tracking numbers. Order showed up, split into 2 packages, almost a week apart from each other. I had to call the customer service line to find out if the 2nd package had been shipped.
One of the watches arrived with a dead battery! Not working out of the box is not appealing. So that required me to go out and get a new battery installed, more money out of my pocket, on top of the money I paid for supposedly brand new, working watches

I purchase two Invicta watches, of which I am pleased with both. The one minor issue was that both watches needed battery replacements at the start. I had both watches tested before purchasing new batteries. Nevertheless, both watches are doing fine now...

It took too long to delivery and it gave me a hard time with the CS because the only response I get was: 'you have to wait. We are receiving a lot of orders.' It took almost a month to get the the order and yours quickly response was: 'cancel and refund or wait'. A very automatic response. I didn't even talked with a real person. Ridiculous. Also in my complaint I sent a email with a screen shot print about 1hour waiting in the phone and no response at all. Your customer service sucks, it's disrespectful with the customer offer a poor service like this especially coming from a big company as yours.

I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive it. When I contacted customer service, I was told I ordered too late in the day and that there was no weekend delivery and Monday was a holiday. This was not communicated at the time of purchase. I requested a refund for the service and was told no. I would appreciate follow up on this issue.

I called on two more occasions and each time the customer service representative could only offer me an apology. The last time I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told their in a meeting. I received the time piece which was very nice, however the watch had a small defect on band mount and the band was not what I expected...watch was returned on 11/7/2018...I will still do business with Invicta...thanks

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
