I've purchased from Invictastores.com several times before without any issue. However, this transaction took almost a month to complete. I'm aware that we're in the middle of COVID so I gave this some time before contacting customer service. After 3 weeks, I had to contact customer service several times. Once via email and once via the web portal. I received shipping notification after the second query. Additionally, the watch I ordered was further discounted to $98 while I waited. Would have been nice to have been refunded the difference as I could have cancelled and re-ordered at the lower price.
I like shopping online the prices are better than in store prices but sometimes the wait for the product is ridiculous and getting through to someone over the phone is impossible and email response sometimes takes days
It was a great experience. The only problem that I had was that the Rotor on the automatic movement did not move, so I had to send it back for repairs, but the Customer service is Fantastic. They were fast to resolve my issue thru the e-mail, and I had a prepaid label within a day after they received my service request. This is why I choose Invicta, because of the fantastic designs and their customer service as well as the price.
Overall, my experience with Invicta is positive. Between my wife and I, we have 15 Invicta watches. I love the bold looks coupled with the classic elements. I only wish they would work on the shipping times!
Was originally disappointed with the shipping cost. The website said free shipping, but then told you you didn't have enough in your cart. Then I was sent a coupon to use for my purchase by signing up by email, and then again was told I could not use that coupon with the watch that I purchased because it was already on sale! The watch itself is just the right size, but very very hard to read. There is no contrast on the dial in the hands. I do like the watch and it was not worth the effort to return it. I like invicta watches, but this was a little bit of a disappointment. Ty
Product and pricing are great but the time between when I placed my order and when you shipped it seems long to me. I have another order in now and your several weeks between the order placement and when it ships, that's too long in an age when I can order from Amazon and get it the next day. I love your product and I'm a collector but you need to improve your shipping time!
I love the watches I ordered! Only thing for the woman's watch I had to figure out how to take out a few links. It was huge as far as the band size. It would be nice if there was a selection to size it before sending out, but overall great product :)
Everything with Invicta was great except for the customer service...got cut off multiple times, was on hold forever and when I finally was able to speak to an actual person they could not understand English that I was speaking and I could not understand a word of what they were speaking! Need customer service people who can speak and understand English better!
I usually have to contact Invicta in regards to my orders because I do not receive emails letting me know that my items are on the way and usually when I do contact them I received them within the next few days. So it would be good if we can receive emails letting us know that are packaged or order are on the way before we call. Otherwise I am pleased with the products and the prices

I never received a shipped or tracking email until after I sent a email to Invicta. I tried to call and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. Once I received my item I was totally pleased though.
I had one of my orders refunded because a watch was out of stock. They offered a coupon to make up for a future order in order to make up for it. When I tried using it they gave me good old, it doesn't apply for that watch, even when I had bought a similar one with another code for the same discount. Other than that, the watches are fine.
I'm still in awe of the watches I bought at such an unbelievable price. The arrival time was spot on and the product came very well packaged yet descrite enough to not draw attention in case I wasn't home to receive it. The pictures do the watches no justice. What a great surprise to love them even more in person. My fiance and his son are still in shock from the purchases. Price and product alike.
I really like the watches that Invicta makes, I now have 6 in total. I love this watch. The one warning I would give is that this watch is really large, and very heavy. If that bothers you, consider a smaller watch. The automatic ones run heavy, so a quartz watch may be a better choice.
I do wish they could tie the order to my account, which I created after I ordered this, but the overall experience was good, and the product is good.

I'm sorry to say I am returning the watch because the latch on the crown protector did NOT latch closed. The watch was a limited edition & I bought the last one you had. I asked for advice as to what I should do & got NO response. So I asked about returns & was sent a shipping label right away..

On Feb 10, I was having a problem to log in and use my credit. I wanted a certain model that was 55% off. I had it on my cart, but when I was shopping again my cart is empty and the watch that I wanted was gone, It was on page 7, now there's only 6 left. So sad.
