This was a replacement helmet watch box because the first one I ordered received broken but I did have to call Invicta three or four times to get it straightened out before they finally got some in stock and sent me one they were supposed to return calls and only one person did but then did not return the call again as said.
I ordered 2 watches and 3 weeks later i received an email that they were out of stock and i would receive a refund. Afterwards i went on the site and they are still for sale and do not say they are sold out. Not happy.
My guy sent me a picture of a particular Invicta watch with a model number. Well, being the awesome girlfriend that I am, I quickly went to the Invicta website and found the watch. It was easy and there was also a coupon available to use.
The watch broke the first time I wore it, the crown fell off. Now, to repair/replace it I have to send the broken watch to your repair center, that cost $28.00. Things are not going good with me and Invicta at hr moment.

I put in three orders (2 in addition to this one) on or around the 14th of December. All three were suppose to be gifts and all 3 to date have not been received. I E:mailed you once already and received a cookie cutter response. Very disappointed to say the least.
I accidentally ordered the women's watch on this order. I emailed that day to see if I could cancel, and ordered the men's that same day. I never heard back on the email I sent, so I sent another this past week, and this is the first I've heard anything. I'm trying to find out how to send back the incorrect watch for a refund.

Great discount. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the way the product came in the packaging. The overall packing was great. But, once I opened the yellow box, I was a little concerned. The watch was not fastened at all and was laying on top of the pillow it was supposed to be wrapped around. The booklet inside the box was also tossed about and bent up. The watch did not appear damaged. But, since it was not fastened in the box, I did wonder if the watch had been thrashed around during shipping. So far, it is working just fine. My husband loves the watch and wants to order another.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
