I ordered two watches before this watch and it was delivered before them. I am very upset and over shopping with Invicta honestly. I was refunded for one watch but not the other. Late responses are coming back and I just want my refund for my other watch.
I had a problem with the stem not moving and called and emailed customer service but they were not helpful. I ended up going to a jewelry store to get help. The stem was stuck and had to be pulled out with pliers. This should not have been the case.
Always great if I had one thing to complain is the page takes too long to upload... but nothing major I love this brand! Now I may add after a few purchases the preparing the order and shipping methods used suck you don't get a complete order then they say one item was out stock but it wasn't when you ordered. You email and it takes for ever for someone to answer you and don't even think about calling them!
I believe INVICTA could do a much better job with your personal customer service by being easier to reach and in a more timely manner. Being able to speak directly with 'someone who can help you' instead of sending a email that takes well over a week or more to get a response is not very good service. You have an excellent product and most of the time some of the best prices, but if I can't reach you when I have an issue I will spend my money somewhere else.
The prices are always great and on sale. My products took quite awhile to get here, but thats why I ordered them in advance so I could get them in time to give my boyfriend them for his birthday. He loved the products and can't wait to get them fitted!

The watch is an interesting collectors piece. The problem with is there is poor contrast between the face and the arms making it very difficult to read in lower light conditions. Often i find myself searching for the minute hand. The details and bezel are nicely detailed but the difficulty of reading this time piece will make it one i would not grad for evening activities.

The shipping was extremely slow. In the time of Amazon next day delivery, consumers expect the things they order fast. If COVID was the issue, notes should be sent to customers saying it would be delayed.

I never got the watch, It took me 6 days to find out the watch was out of stock even though my account says it was processed and shipped. This is not the first time I ordered a watch to get a message it was not in stock but the first time my account said it was shipped not cancelled. I can only give one star for the last three choices because I never got my order. I probably should have give less for my shopping experience because I should have been told before I added my item to my cart it was Out Of Stock. I am still waiting for the charge to be removed from my Invicta Card...

Shipping time was a little long. I chose standard ground so I knew it would be a few days but there was little to no communication once the order was placed. More communication about the order would've been helpful.
Love the watch. Paid overnight shipping for $59 dollars(watch cost $109) - got the watch 5 days later. There was fine print but for 59 dollars I should have received watch the next day. Kind of a bait and switch scheme. I contacted customer service but they said I should have read the fine print. I should have went with regular shipping and would have had the watch in the same time.
