First off they ship through fedex which is horrible. Fedex tracking stated that the watch was in transit for delivery but never tried to deliver. They also stated that the product was being held a facility yet I never received any notice about it. When I called customer service I asked what my options were and they said they can reship it or I can get a refund. I asked for reshipment yet today I get an email saying that I am getting a refund. They should have issued it as soon as I called and they got word my package was being returned
When my friend Mr. Francis Rid$#*! introduced me to Invicta, I fell in love with the company. He really deserves some kind of appreciation gift. I love the products, prices, and sales. Invicta and Mr. Rid$#*! are the best.
Very hard to order through web site get to final part of order procedure, and have a difficult time to check out with Invicta card. I also found Paypal not much better. Please clean up your site so it becomes a no brainer to finish the order. Yellow tag sales are great,again have a difficult time to order.

This piece of timekeeping perfection is easily the best watch I own. I wear it casually, it works well when wearing a T-shirt or polo. I even wear it to the gym. The polyurethane is comfortable, and cleans easily. This is a very eye-catching piece. And the braided strands on the band and sides of the watch are good looking, a not-so-subtle but nice effect. I love the watch. I would recommend anyone to get it.
My husband is an Invicta collector and a retired police officer. The watch I found was perfect - thin blue line - to go with other pieces of jewelry I have "thin blue line" style. It's a beauty and I brought to the local jeweler to just remove a few links. I wear it every day and I love it.

I know that due to Coronavirus a lot of things have been delayed. I got half of my order about three weeks after. Then one of the items I ordered was out of stock and I was not made aware of this until yesterday. A refund is supposed to be issued, but I have yet to receive it.
First off, I love Invicta brand watches but I had the hardest time completing this order. It took almost 10 minutes before the website took and kept this order... it kicked it out five time before finally accepting the order. Maybe it was a web site glitch but persistence paid off. Thankfully.
This is my second order. My first order was cancelled. I called about the first order I had to wait over a hour for a representative to assist me to tell me my order was cancelled. She offered me no other options or solutions just that it was cancelled when the email they sent me did not indicate it was cancelled but only delayed. I sent an email but I did not get a response. The only reason I orders again is because my husband really wanted the watch. I have since found another invicta shopping ave and will never purchase from this site again.
The cases for the watches were just placed in a cardboard box with no packing material whatsoever. Both of the watch cases were damaged in shipment, however the watches were not so I did not reach out to customer service. The way the items were package for shipment was my only disappointment.

For unknown reasons, Invicta doesn't provide information on its website re the thickness of the case for any of its watches. It should do so. When the watch I ordered arrived, I was disappointed that its case was much thicker than I anticipated. I kept the watch, but would have liked to know at the outset how thick the case was going to be.
My wife's watch went on sale before we received it in the mail. I notified Invictastores via email with written proof of the price promotion. I was expecting to have the difference credited to my Mastercard. Instead I was informed that I am going to get store credit. I feel this is wrong. The difference in price was approximately $12. Easy and user friendly. Online sales should be at the stores also. I made an exoensive purchase at the store only to find it online 2 weeks later for less then half the price. Ridiculous. And a customer should have the option to return an item at the store instead of mailing back. Invicta is invicta. Get it together PLEASE.
