This order was NOT delivered as it states in my history records. The order was cancelled without notification and refunded without my knowledge until I reviewed my history of my bank account. I had been waiting daily for this item with no explanation of why this occurred. It was paid in full directly from my bank account being the second occurrence. Bad form guys, bad form!
Invicta is top notch at rolling out the red carpet and doing job 1 for their customers. They have top notch selections that are unique and timeless. Transaction was smooth, shipping was prompt and the quality was 5 out of 5.
Took a looooooooong time for the watch to actually ship, over 2 weeks! That's unacceptable. Luckily it only took 2 days for FedEx to deliver it after it shipped. Makes it seem as if people are being penalized for taking advantage of the free shipping option. I do not feel comfortable ordering a watch from the site if I am purchasing it as a gift for someone else.
Hard to get hold of a salesperson when u call, u may have to wait 5 to 15 minutes on the phone and nobody wants to be on hold just to place a order, should be, call and get an answer, not waiting to spend money with u for 5 minutes. Bernard

Unable to locate the watch on your website without scanning the entire watch listings. You need to put in a box for searching and also a place to find the manual for this watch. You need to hire a better web designer.
After selecting my watches and making my purchase, it took 4 days to find out one of the item was not in stock although it was advertised for sale up to the night before I received an email informing me that the item was out of stock.
The good part of my experience was that I received a refund after placing a call to customer service.
I bought 3 watches. If the watches are received in a timely manner and the quality of the watches meets Invicta standards I will up grade my experience to a 5 star.
Note: Once I received the watches I returned all three of them. They did not meet my standards. They were on the lower end of the Invicta scale.

This is the third watch I have bought from Invicta. The first two were heavy and cumbersome, and I did not use them. This one is quite different, I really like it and wear it all the time. It is lighter, larger and easily visible. Good job on this watch.

I did return the item I purchased, but only for the reason that the watch face was larger than I expected. The return process was very easy and so I am very satisfied with the customer service of this seller. I would readily purchase from them again.
I had to wait longer then agreed for my packages. Having my packages shipped at different times was a headache. I had to ask repeatedly for my tracking info which was ridiculous. The whole situation had me question if I would buy again.
I loved the watch and the price that I paid for it. My only issue was that I paid 29.00 extra to get 2 day shipping and it still took 10 days to get the merchandise. I asked for a refund but no one ever got back to me on that. Apparently when they say 2 day shipping, they mean after they take their time processing the order, which could take 4 days. So to me, that is a waste. If I ever order again, I will never pay for expedited shipping. Lesson learned.
I've ordered in the past and I've never experienced the delay experienced this time. Although I understand the COVID-19 made things a little more difficult it shouldn't have taken 1 month for my order to arrive. I ordered on April 15. Called on April 28 and was told all orders for April would be sent out by April 30. I didn't receive an email regarding my item being shipped out until May 7 or 8 and received the watch on May 14. Very disappointing.
I have about 5 Invicta watches. Between the Invicta store at our outlet and the ease of the website ordering, the experience is wonderful. Not only does Invicta have a great quality watch, their experience the create for their customer is top notch!

I received watch with a dead battery, also watch was not as pictured it has a different color case cover on it and did not have the other band and case cover that is included with this model watch from every other seller.

I did not like how it took me to get the order from the time I ordered it. I think it took too long to receive. Plus normally when I purchase a watch they fit. These 2 watches don't fit my wrist. It hurts my wrist when putting on
