I called in to checked on my previous order and the rep that help me would not even give a break on the price of the watches thats been change from 2 weeks ago which i placed the order but for some reason it didnt go through. If i order this watches from evine they will help me out and ajust the prices, its not fair to just ignore customers trying to buy multiple watches from your store, this is not a good business practice.
The watch I received has a blimish and returning the watch has been difficult I've emailed twice, it take several day for a response. I was on hold for over 2 hours then got disconnected due to the office closing. I still have not received my return label.
I tried several times putting items in my cart. After I continue shopping the items were erased from my cart. Experience of having to repeat putting items in the cart was horrific. It also logged me into another customer's account that had products in their cart. TERRIBLE.

Love the watch, perfect. Delivery gave me the run around. It was supposed to be delivered 12/12. So everyday from the 12th until Monday I received an email saying It would be delivered that day. So I had to waste my days at home waiting for a package that never came for 4 days past delivery date. BAD BUSINESS!

Since there isn't one anywhere close to me, I wish the promotions that are available to in-store purchases would also be available to people that don't have the access to a store. I would start a collection of Invicta watches with the better promotions.
I have spent much time online trying to find out how to return the watch. Mostly just waiting and waiting and waiting. I was finally told a return label would be sent to me but I have not received it and several days have passed.
I love this watch. Women's watches are always too small for my wrist so I love that you made this one in men's! Unfortunately I am going to have to return this watch as it is too large for me. I have had multiple surgeries on my wrist and hand and finding a watch that is going to be comfortable is difficult.
The only issue I had with another order was that I waited 4 days before an email was sent out saying that the product is no longer available. The product is stay saying it is available but customer service said it won't be until August.

The items were very nice, but they took forever to be delivered almost a month. Then I get an email saying one items was no longer available, in which I was very upset. I waited almost a month to get something, then get a email to say its no longer available and this was suppose to be a gift.
The time of confirmation of order to actual shipping is very long. The product arrived 20 days from order placement. The is 2020. I don't understand the long delay. If I place another order for a watch. I choose an overnight or 2 day delivery. Will the watch ship 2 weeks from order date or first business day after order date? I have a couple of other watches I'd like to order.

I love their products. I love the detail of their watches. However shipping with Fedex is a mistake! Fedex would leave the product by the door and not even ring the bell. Fedex would also sign it as if I signed for it. I have to keep a look out to make sure my products doesn't get stolen. I Love Invicta, but their shipping partner sucks.
I never received a email to track my order. Called customer service twice and they started they would send it but never did. Started to get email about my order 2 days after it was delivered. My watch came with debris from one of the pouches inside the case opened covering my watch. No receipt. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Now i am getting emails for a watch was delivered a week ago. The way my watch was in its case felt like it was delivered from a local pawn shop. Some people, like me, take pride in their watches. I was excited when i ordered it. The band from the watch was not intact. One of the pins were missing from the band. I contacted customer service about the issue and they offered a solution but the invicta store in my state is far away so i had to get it fixed at a local watch store.
