Really had a hard time taking out links in the band, not a problem from Invicta store. I would suggest adding some pins used to remove the pins from the band.

I have ordered a watch repair kit for $9.00 from eBay. When I receive it, I will finish taking 2 more links out, so, the watch can be worn.

My only disappointment was I did not receive notification that my product had been shipped so I could track my purchase. The watch was a surprise/gift for my husband. He saw the package since I had no idea that it was shipped, I did not have an opportunity to hide it.

You don't let me select a different address to ship to vs the one on my card. You should have an address field for the card im using and one for shipping. If you have a way you can do this, it is very hard/confusing as to how

I have purchased several Invicta watches from this website and have always received exactly what I ordered for a very reasonable price. I am totally satisfied with the service and especially the price.

I collect these "beyond belief" watches for my Son-in-law, Grandson, and Grandson-in-law; and, have for several years. This was the first time I've ordered from the Invicta Store, and was delighted with the price and selection. I have always ordered from the shopping network that spotlights Invicta and delicious deals. Trust me...I will be visiting the store MORE often!

To be honest I really do not get the impression you care about service after you sale a watch. Also why did it take almost two week to get the watch shipped? I guess you could blame Civid-19 but I have previous experience with Invicta.

It took 13 days for my watch to get here and when my watch arrived here the glass on the side was broken and I called in repair they gave me a return slip and they will not send me another watch until they receive the old watch there goes my Christmas gift. I will not revive my Watch because you guys sent me a broken watch no one is checking the Watch before it gets sent in customer thank you

I bought this for my dad as a Christmas present. He has a very old watch and i wanted to buy him an Invicta. I have quite a few Invicta watches and I love them. I was very happy with the price and the time in which i received the watch. I will definitely buy again!

My wife really love the way the watch was designed and look. Would gladly buy another watch from site.

The time it took to get my product was horrible. And after all the time, I still didn't get the one I wanted as I was told it was no longer in stock. There needs to be a quicker communication when you make a purchase. If it was not available I should have been notified in a timely manner.

I was happy with the speed of shipping however one of the watches arrived with a dead battery which I sent that one back the other watch I'm completely satisfied with... Will continue to shop in the future.

My first order was cancelled by your system one day after received the email confirmation.
The payment was already in pending payment on my credit card.

Then I had to put another order with another credit card information.

Every order went exactly as stipulated except for one order. I recieved my watch and it didn't work properly. I had to get it fixed myself.i spent $100.00 to fix it. Other than that my experience has been great.

Very simple and easy shopping experience. However, when I entered a coupon, the system did not tell me my product wasn't eligible for a coupon. I had to call customer service to check why the coupon/promo was not working.

Love these watches! Invicta is a very well made watch and I love how big and how different each one is! Prices are great too! I will continue to buy many more watches from Invicta Watch Company! Thanks
