I ordered 3 watches at same time and rcvd the 1st one a couple days later with no information about the other 2 watches. I didn't know if they were coming later or if something went wrong. Long story short the other 2 watches came separately 3 weeks later. One thing I was sure about was that the money for the 3 watches were debited from my checking account immediately after my order was placed. Luckily there were some non-company blogs that explained that other customers were treated the same way. I would order again because I love the product and their prices. It would be a much more pleasant experience if this order process was delineated somewhere so the customer isn't left wondering for weeks whether he was scammed or not. The watch in this order arrived OK. Other were damaged. The way the watches are packed, they could not have been damaged during shipping. Probably damaged during handling before being packed. Quality control in this area needs improving.

Wait almost 1 month for the product to arrive. Customer service was up to 4 hours and they never answered. The customer service by email answered me up to 2 weeks later. Very poor service in that area

The delivery time was a bit slow but that has nothing to do with invicta as a company and has to do with fedex delaying delivery time by a week or so. Over-all, the experience was great. I was looking for a good watch with a solid automatic movement in it, at a reasonable price and got just that.

Delivery was slow being that it was shipped by ground to Hawaii.There was also Hurricane Lane that made things more complicated. FedEx had updated the scheduled delivery three times. They had totally lost their knowlege of the whereabouts of my package when I called. It arrived on the 28th. Would order by priority but just too expensive.
Shipping address was incorrect and should never have been shipped. Although it was my fault the service should not have gone through. However, it was fixed with ease and completed. I am thrilled with my purchase and customer service. The help feature, (email) was great, as it was handled with just emails vs dealing with a live person.
The watch is great as all invicta watches are. I contacted customer service because this watch & another of the same in a different color arrived in yellow invicta boxes. In the past RESERVE watches came in a special black, red & white reserve box. It's not critical I have those boxes, but if it was a mistake of the packager I would prefer them. I also purchased a DC comic watch that same day & it did come in the correct box.
Called a gruffy old gentleman to cancel two orders that i had ordered the day before to take advantage of free shipping and to purchase those two items and a third due to the shipping charges being free. He told me that he would cancel them but never did until a week later then he only canceled one. In the meantime I had reordered those items and an additional watch because he was supposed to cancel two of them. In short my wife ended up with two identical watches and I had to wait approximately one month to receive my 12 pc tool kit of which two pieces broke during their first use. I tried calling customer service several times and each time got the gruffy old fellow that hung up on me once and really only canceled the one order after repeated requests or I would have ended up with two 12 pc tool kits. Maybe I should have as the first one is now worthless to me and you can not order individual pieces but only the entire kit!
The face of my new watch was covered in the material finish from the inside of the box. Basically, the watch face was rubbing against the box and was covered in yellow and black paint. Not very happy. Still trying to get it all off. Perhaps some type of protective covering for the face when shipping would be helpful.
I was afraid at first because after paying I didn't receive any type of confirmation of payment so I contacted the store but no one ever picked up and the responses via email where very general but after a few weeks I received the watch, which looks great, husband loves it and the price was even better!
