Overall it was great. On my phone it does not let me remove things from my cart. If you are going to give a welcome coupon you should allow me to use it on anything with other coupons. That is a bummer.

So far so good. I did place an order at Christmas which I never received and when I attempted to followup I got nowhere. Of course I was never charged for the watches. That's all. Overall I like your products and service.

I love Invicta watches! I have a number of them and my collection continues to grow. The Invicta store makes shopping so much more convenient. All the styles are there and the prices are the best you'll find. I'm a lifetime customer.

The sale price on a watch style is what really got my attention. It was easy to do, the price was great. The standard delivery took a little longer than expected but was not unreasonable. I was pleased with the overall process.

The shipping was very slow, and the watch was brand new know problems with it. Eye will be ordering more from the store. The best price on invicta watches.
Keep up the good work and try to do better on shipping out.

It didn't dawn on me to think delivery would be delayed due to hurricane issues in Florida and with no correspondence from invicta, after 2 weeks and no delivery or tracking information frustration began to set in. When I finally, emailed customer service and delivery issues related to the hurricane issues in Florida it was easy to have more patience.

After working a lifetime in the jewelry business I know quality watches - having sold brands from Timex to Rolex.
The Invicta line has a variety of quality watches. After purchasing my first to examine the workmanship and quality, I have filled my men's wrist watch case with a collection of Invitas that allow me to be casual to formal, while being comfortable in any setting.

The checkout experience was very simple and quick. Being able to see where my package was with the tracking number was very helpful. It came right when it said it would, despite everything going on with the virus - so that is very appreciated! The watch's quality is very durable and nice, so the price I paid was a great steal!

Paid extra $39 for 2nd day shipment which did not occur. Spent 30 minutes on hold, twice, without anyone answering my call. Was finally told by CSR that the order had to process for four days before 2nd day shipment would occur. Doesn't indicate that on your site. I love Invicta watches, but not impressed with the companies response or delivery timelines.

I was informed at the time of order that I would receive an email that gave the shipping date and tracking number and I never received this. If I had not gotten the order it would have been problematic but with it arriving in ample time there was no concern.

I've had very positive experiences with ordering from invictastores.com. Pleased with product and price. I do need to return a watch that I purchased about 5-6 weeks ago. The function pusher that sets the time dosen't work. I'll contact *******@invictastores for return label. As always thanks.

I really liked how the website is set up and how it gives you all you need to know about the watches and it was easy to check out as well! Also my stuff came within a week of order, even though im used to Amazon Primes speed, a week isnt to bad...

The price was perfect and he loved the watch. The delivery wasn't on you guys really, it was FedEx. It said my package would come that Saturday but didn't show up until Monday afternoon. But overall my experience was excellent and I will be ordering again soon. He has a birthday coming up

The Segway scooter was dead on arrival and will not turn on. Segway said that you are not an authorized dealer, so they cannot help. I need a refund/return or support on getting it looked at/repaired locally. Please advise

Easy to use site. Lots of products It took a very long time to recive the items. I do understand that there is a pandemic going on but if someone would have communicated that the distribution centers was close from the start I probably would not have ordered the items. Overall I'm satisfied.

Contacted customer service for an RMA, have not heard back yet. The reason I would like to return the product is due to the finish being put on improperly, leaving anyone looking at the watch trying to read the print backwards.
