Once again I am very pleased with invicta. I have been collecting invicta watches for years now and I'm a little over 300 invicta watches. This purchase was a little different for me. Instead of looking at new releases, I was looking for a dive watch Invicta released years ago and I found it.

Took a long time to receive shipping confirmation after placing order, had to call customer service twice concerning this matter, of which I was on hold for at least an hour the 1st call & over an hour the 2nd time.
The two day delivery time was wrong as Invicta did not have the watch in stock, and informed me that they did not know when the watch wound be available. I've bought many products from Invicta and this is the first time I feel like I was let down
Shopping on the website was easy. No gift options were available when purchasing a qatch. Calling into customer service where the wait time was over an hour was horrible. Waiting 2 weeks plus to receive my watch was a long time.
As an invicta enthusious I find it easy to add to my collection. Overall, I have been quite satisfied with invicta, however I am dissatisfied with the quality of the poly bands, I have several that just brake while in the case, I have replace a few and they just end up braking again, no happy with that at all, the replacements are not cheap! Help invicta!
This is a very easy company and site to deal with and wonderful products. The local store work seemlessly with any and all cleaning or adjustments. Invicta has become my favorite brand mainly because of the ease and absence of hassle
After the watch was already on the way, I saw it for cheaper on Evine, and it was NOT a Once Only or on Clearance. Thought the 40% off with the UCW would be the "best" deal out there, but it was not.
Other than that, I have bought several products from you in the past and have visited two Invicta brick and mortar stores...good service and products. I think this is the first time I did not get the best deal though.

One of the 2 watches ordered has to be returned as it did not have the appearance or appeal of the phto for me on any level. I am still waiting for Invicta Customer Service to email me the FedEx return label. The woman's Superman Watch was very attractive, but the second hand was moving when it arrived. Obviously had been worn before. Also, my jeweler had a very hard time removing links to shorten it to a 7" wrist. It definitely added to the cost.

It took longer than expected and the order was a little confusing. It came in 3 different boxes and were mixed (not exactly the quantities it said in the shipping and tracking number of each box). But at the end all the items were received. Still a positive experience.
My only issue was/is that the watch was $118.00. Literally a day or two later it dropped to $88.00. I contacted customer service and was advised several days later that Invicta would not honor the price change. Look, I like the watch and recognize it's a deal even at $118.00, but it just felt like a bait and switch. Great watch, looks good and friends have commmented on it.
Could not reach Invicta customer support by phone, email follow up was delayed and delivery was not timely, I felt like my money was taken and had no idea when my order was in stock or would even arrive. This was not the Invicta customer service that I know.
I love Invicta's products, but it shouldn't take two weeks to receive them. Being that we're both located on the east coast. Hopefully what I've ordered on 8/28/20 won't take as long to be delivered like the last watch I ordered.
I will never order anything else from invicta again. I ordered my husband 2 watches on 7/19/20 after calling numerous times and sending 3 emails I was told they had been shipped. As of today 8/18 I have not received anything. I am canceling my order and requested a refund. Needless to say I NEVER buy anything else.

After coming to your site, I found Watches that Evine didn't have in their inventory and your prices are just as good, if not better than Evine on select items. My purchase arrived quickly and I was able to track my delivery. The watch itself is phenomenal...absolutely love it! I will definitely be back as soon as I get some money saved up. I've been going Invicta crazy lately and my collection is growing at a rapid rate. Thank you for the wonderful service and I highly recommend Invictastores to all collectors.
Overall, I was happy with my purchase. I was a little disappointed to have checked the site a week later to find I could've had my watch for cheaper. Other than that, I love the watch and it's a great piece. I do wish the online store was a little more friendly to use on a mobile device (maybe an app?)
After 1 day of having my watch a piece of the crown fell off and was disappointed. Called customer service and they gave me my options to exchange it and sent me a free shipping label which was great!
A shame we can not take advantage of the discount codes outside the US. Adding postage to an item with a destination outside the US means the product ends up with 0 saving and in some cases more expensive.
I have several Invicta watches and have been happy with them all. Ordered new bands for two of them. Invicta bands are very specialized to the specific watch sometimes and its nice that they support the sale with replacements
Tried several times call the customer service number and nobody ever picked up the phone just left listening to an automated message waited at times up to 15 minutes and still nobody answered called several days in a row
